The Queen Hotel & Spa 2

We arrived late at Hanoi and requested for late check in which was 1am. We were properly greeted and they help us to settle down in the hotel. They also have baggage storage service which we used to store ours when we were on the trip to ha long bay. It is very convenient.

It’s a little bit small to my liking. But totally understandable given the cheap price that. We are getting. Really value for money.

The location is super right in the centre of Hanoi Old Quater.The staff was helpful and everything was uncomplicated.The beds were decent and the toilet and shower was clean.

It's quite noisy especially when you're right next to the elevator/staircase.The bedsheets had stains on them and the sink in the bathroom was leaky. We also had no window, so the room was pretty dark.All in all it is a decent hotel to stay for 1 night.

Friendly staff & easy check in/out! Convenient location, close to vegan options. Perfect spot for one night in between tours. Tom at reception was super helpful and kind!

We stayed for 3 nights in Superior Family Room. Great location, walking distance to popular locations. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Spacious room with glass windows for 5 adults. Clean mattress, free water bottles, towels, hair blow dryer, private bathroom, elevator,… Great choice for family. Budget-friendly, we got what we paid for and completely satisfied with the stay. Definitely will come back or recommend to our friends ?

The AC had small noise while running but it was not a big deal to us.

Queit place in noisy city and noisy area. A gem. Staff nice, nice cleaners. Good wifi.

Comfortable, spacious room in good condition. Convenient location, near to many attractions like the lake, museums and cathedral. Good value for money, and good place for walking and exploring.

The stairwell outside the room is open, and noise travels easily from the stairs or other floors. The hotel is also on a narrow alley, so taxis are not able to access it directly.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating even when we checked in very late at night

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to main attractions, and easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful—they even let me check in early, which I really appreciated. Excellent service overall. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Located not too near to the main road, so you get a piece of mind. helpful staff and clean room.

The rates are relatively affordable considering the location is very near to everything. The reception staff is very helpful and easy to communicate as they can speak english which is a plus factor.

Not a big issue. we are actually located at the 7th floor while the elevator is up to 6th floor only but then the construction is ongoing. anyway, the place as a whole is good to stay. Nothing to complain

Location to everything was handy. Shopping and restaurants walking distance. Hot shower and sleeping was lovely.

TV reception on the 6th floor is not really effective, and we could not pass time with YouTube.

Bed was hard. Room felt damp. The window looked out onto neighbours wall and stairwell approx a foot away.

Staff were helpful. Rooms were basic but clean and beds made every day.

Cahn the Manager shows great leadership to his staff. Ha was a loveky receptionist when at the front desk and Thien could not have been helpful - always doing jobs for you and always smiling. Ha was the same - always smiling.I believe this is because their manager modelled this very good practice.This is not a common practice in the west.The hotel was exacty as marketed UNLIKE the Ramada in Hong Kong (which was the idurect opposite of the photos shown and the Marketing used!!!!!)It was spotlessly clean and earned every dayThe staff were friendly and helpful and always respectful.I will go back again but highly recommend it.

The beds were pretty hard, not the most comfortable sleep. Also no shower curtain on the bath shower meaning it gets very wet in there but overall a nice stay!
