La Sinfonía Majesty Hotel and Spa

Everything was new and in working order, water pressure was great, I booked a twin room but somehow that got messed up and they were able to quickly accommodate.

Only problem was construction next door, but that's not the fault of the hotel and they can't really control that.

From the moment we entered until we left, we were treated with the most excellent of customer service. To compliment that, the hotel itself was lovely, well kept, clean, and the showers were hot. Breakfast was a nice touch of both Vietnamese/Asian and Western and wasn't overwhelming. The location was fantastic as well, with some of the best coffee we've ever had just a few minutes away.

If I had to nitpick, it would be the elevator size, it was just hard traveling with a lot of luggage.

Our room had a window, but we couldn’t see the city view or get the morning sunlight?

The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a superb location near all the bustle and action. Breakfast is buffet style with an a la carte menu, and they serve both local Hanoi dishes and western breakfast, plus some excellent coffee. We got everything we needed in our room despite the smaller size. The hotel spa is also discounted on certain hours of the day and we found the massage very relaxing!

Not handicap friendly (Need to climb several steps of stairs to enter the lobby) but this wasn’t a problem for us, but I imagine it’d be hard for people with mobility problems.

Superb staff! Lena, Ha and Hung were excellent as was all the staff! They were very friendly and attentive to our everyday needs! Just lovely!Breakfast was great along with the Skybar with beautiful views! Super location!

Bathroom made loud noises all night and there was early construction next door that we were not informed of. We also found another guest’s sock in our room

The place was clean and centrally located, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was super friendly and competent and made you feel special with the care they expressed. When we couldn't make the rooftop bar, they served us on the balcony by the dining room, which was a nice touch.. the rooms were clean, although with all the dark wood furniture and poor lighting, made it very hard if you were slightly visually challenged as I am :-). Right in the heart of the city, very close to the water puppet show and the lake. I recommend walking around the lake early in the morning and watching all the people doing various exercising including dancing and tai chi before work, I guess.We enjoyed our stay here so much that we went back a week or so later on our way back through Hanoi.The staff were well trained and super efficient and spoke really good English which made us stay easy.The room at the front of the hotel was larger than the one we had at the rear of the hotel, although it was more noisy.

The rooftop bar was inaccessible for us as the spiral staircase was steep and we did not feel confident in climbing up, but they made us feel welcome on the flow below by the dining room, putting a barman in specially to take our order and re-order which was great. Rooms with dark with poor lighting. The rich dark furniture made the hotel looks stylish, but it was actually quite dark with poor lighting.

Breakfast was good, and the staff very very friendly, and the place very clean. The location was right in the centre, close to the lake and to the water puppet show which made it ideal for exploring the city. Walking along the lake early in the morning and watching people dance and do exercise around the lake was a great experience as was the water puppet show..

The second room we had was very small and cramped but had all the facilities we needed for our very short stay for the second time this hotel.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and selection was huge.

The room was a little stuffy but it helped to put the air con on and open the doors.

Due to overbooking, I was assigned a room at a nearby property, La Sinfonia del Rey, which was perfect nonetheless.

Breakfast room is located on the top floor with a view of the lake and the the city. The buffet offers variety of dishes and fruits. Staff are very polite and welcoming.

La Sinfonía is an ideal location for exploring the Old Town and French Quarter. Beautiful decor from the lobby and into the rooms. The staff are excellent and very friendly, especially the front desk. Breakfast is on the upper floor restaurant which also has a Sky Bar above. The rooms and everywhere else were clean. Highly recommend.

The spa was wonderful and the front desk/concierge staff was amazing. Be Be, Ha, and Lena handled some very complicated logistics for us, proactively, to make our stay go easy and smoothly. We felt very well taken care of!

Hery nice hotel in Hanoi Jungle. Location close to everything, stuff super friendly , restaurant in the hotel good but if You travel to Asia you should travel local restaurants it hotel one. Stuff amazing service providing . Good or very good hotel to stay 1-2 night in Hanoi jungle

The location, the staff who went over and above in ensuring a wonderful stay. I became unwell during one of the days of my stay, and upon finding out the staff kept checking on me and sending me hot tea so i could feel better. The breakfast is fantastic too. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms (i stayed in the one without window) could be bigger and more brightly lit.

The hotel is close to many places to visit and things to do. The staff were very friendly and gave great advice on where to go and what tours to take special mention to Ms. Evely. Breakfast was really tasty. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Hanoi.

Right in amongst all the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Close to the lake with plenty to see and do close by.

Great Hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter. Lam is an excellent and very professional concierge who take care of us really well. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again next time being in Hanoi.
