The hotel is beautiful and located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to get around. You can enjoy the early morning atmosphere around Hoan Kiem Lake and stroll through the Old Quarter to try local street food. The service and hospitality are excellent. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and always willing to support guests wholeheartedly.

The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ATMs, barbers, and pharmacies - everything you could need. It was very easy to walk to many places or get a taxi. Despite being right in the center, once you are inside the hotel, it is very quiet and peaceful.

From the friendly and attentive staff to the clean and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast was varied and delicious, which made us feel very satisfied. We will definitely return and recommend this wonderful experience to our friends. Special thanks to Catherine for making our stay so enjoyable.

I just spent a 2-days, 1-night stay at the Beryl Signature Hotel in Hanoi. I was truly impressed and extremely happy to have met such friendly people in Hanoi, and the Beryl Hotel was absolutely perfect - exactly what I was looking for. From the front desk to the management team, everyone was highly professional. The rooms were exceptionally clean and made my friends and me very satisfied. Special thanks to Catherine and Heidi, who were incredibly kind and professional.

From the hotel, it was very easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and other famous attractions in Hanoi. Most importantly, the hotel staff were very kind and friendly, and they enthusiastically supported us throughout our stay. We were very satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are like pictures and very clean and adequately spacious (for one or two persons). I got a free upgrade and the cleaning is spotless. Location also very good for my purpose, equally ideal location for reaching the sights in town (Old/ French quarter, Train Street and various historical museums and sights are easily walkable. Staff also very helpful with arranging tours, however I opted out on these this time, but would without hesitation book another stay here again on my next visit.

If breakfast is your thing when booking a hotel, this might not be your Holy Grail.

This is our second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first time. The location in the Old Quarter is fantastic. Our luggage was safely stored while we went to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is right in the center of the Old Quarter, close to many dining spots and the night market. The food market is also right next to the hotel. Check-in was quick, and staff guided us to the room. The room is spacious. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub, which we really liked, and the design is suitable for children :D. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were enthusiastic.
