We had a lovely room, it was spacious for the area. In a great location in Hanoi. They have a water fill-up machine near reception that we used daily and appreciated.

Noise from other guests - could hear everything someone was doing in another room. Our window to the hallway did not lock even when locked. They came up to see it and pushed and said they were sorry for the inconvenience.

Staff were really nice but that’s as far as it goes

The room was a health hazard, mould literally in every corner, the smell was bad, no windows in the room only one big glass panel that faces the landing where the light was on all night the curtain could not block it in any way, I feel sorry for the nice staff that work there, they ask us very politely to try to leave a good review but the state of the room was really terrible so I couldn’t

Trang Hotel is a comfortable and well-kept boutique hotel, simple but pleasant. Its biggest advantage is the great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, with the lake and many restaurants just a short walk away.I’d like to give special thanks to Elvis, who was extremely helpful and responsive when I had an AC issue late at night. He handled it quickly, much appreciated.

Trang Boutique is a pleasant and clean hotel, comfortable though not luxurious. The location of the place is right in the middle of the old quarter in Hanoi. The staff was also very nice and try to accommodate any request.

The neighbour next door blasts music and karaoke during the day and well into the night sometime. You can also hear the loud flushing sounds in the pipes from the floors above. My room was also a bit damp and musky but the staff did try to help by changing the bed sheet when requested.

Very nice large room, comfortable beds and a good bustling location. Friendly staff!

The beams holding the ceiling are very low, not ideal for people over 5'8" , you will hit your head.

Everything! We had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Celine recommended a wonderful day tour and helped with many things. Tuna went above and beyond board at night, and Katy did the same during the day. Micheal made sure we had everything when we checked in. The price was right too!

Trang Trang Hotel is in very good location for travellers going in Hanoi, Old Quarter. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel with great assistance from their staff named Celine. It was even more appreciated when they allowed us to leave our luggage due to early trip in Ninh Bhin then when we came back at night, they upgraded our room in much bigger room. Celine is very accommodating and helpful during our stay, she also provided us the map for easier guide. We’ll definitely comeback again and recommend also to my friends to stay in Trang Trang.

Just steps away from Hanoi’s nightlife, yet tucked on a calm street, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Party all night and then have a peaceful rest in your room.A special thank you to the wonderful manager, Katherine. Her kindness, attentiveness, and personal touch truly elevated our stay. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Annie was fantastic at sorting another tour for me to Ban Gioc Waterfall, after another tour company let me down last minute. She also sorted a great trip to Ninh Binh for me. Staying here at Trang Trang Boutique Hotel really started my holiday off on a high. The hotel is in a great location of the Old Quarter, making everything easy to find and to walk to. My thanks to all the staff for an awesome time and contributing to my wonderful holiday memories.

There was nothing I was unhappy about with the hotel or staff during my stay here.

The location was so convenient. Right in the middle of Old Quarter. So many food stalls, cafes and restaurants nearby. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Room was small and you could hear people in the other rooms outside. There was also a window into the hotel corridor. We kept this blind closed at all times for privacy, but it let in light and sound and seemed unnecessary.
