Friendly staff, comfortable & clean room.

Everything was good!

We stayed at 805 Haibay Suite room. It was a perfect room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. It has balcony and you can see the city. We love it. Breakfast is good. Kai is very helpful and always be ready to help if you need.

We stay at room 801 King Deluxe room (8th floor). It is back of the hotel. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a big bathroom.

On the day we stayed, we smelt some kind of rotten garbage smell. It might be coming from the floor above (9th floor) where they serve breakfast. We smelt it along the 8th floor hallway. Not sure whether or not it has smell on the other floor. The toilet seat need to be fixed. It is out of alignment. The only worse thing for us is rotten garbage smell.

Very good location, excellent staff,especially Cherry on reception. She was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the second bedroom didn’t work well. Very hot room. The staff brought portable fans to our room to fix the problem.

Location

We were woken up at 7am with drilling and building works going on. It actually sounded like they were in our room and drilling through our walls. Breakfast was awful. There were flies on the fruit, the toaster didn’t work, neither did the coffee machine (which looked dirty and disgusting. And the food just looked like it had been in the pot for weeks. We didn’t have it and went to a cafe for breakfast.

The hotel was honestly beautiful for such a prime location and value for money. The photos are on point. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We didn't like the shower over the bath but a very small dislike, we loved the room!

The room was a lot better after getting an upgrade from the King Room with a description that said window with a view. The view looks into another building so I definitely wouldn't call it a view.

Room and location are good. In terms of breakfast, I`m supposed that it`s better for everyone to have several menu.

The noise of bike is not so good. I did not sleep well with some noisy because my room is close to the road.

Location.

Staff could not understand English very well at all, therefore not helpful. Room was very small with 1x window onto an old elevator shaft. This was very noisy. Not a pleasant stay.

AC felt like it was not clean, breakfast had very limited choice of food, room with city view was in fact room with a view to some metal construction with very little visibility of a city,

the two staff attending to breakfast were extremely helpful, the lady and young boy.

Location was perfect. In the heart of the old quarter but away from most of the noise

The walls were quite thin and many rooms shared walls with open airways so noise within the hotel traveled very easily. When other guests were being noisy, I needed earplugs. Also I booked airport transfers which generally worked well but on my way back to the airport the driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal and I had to figure out how to get to the one I needed with enough time to make my flight

Location was very good but room was too noisy from streets. Breakfast was fair. No much variety. Staffs at front desk were not professional treating tourists like "thieves", requiring immediate payments for whole 4 day stay!!! Never heard of such attitude and behavior!

Convenient location, close to the lake. Spacious family 2 room suite.

I had pre-organised an extra bed, but the hotel did not follow up with actually doing it. I had to ask 3 times for the bed. The bed was finally made by an out of uniform staff member. As soon as our small 7 year old sat on it, the bed collapsed. I then had to waste another hour as someone tried to fix the bed , get another bed and finally make another bed. Terrible!The breakfast in the hotel was a shambles as well. not enough tables, not enough staff and poor food. Even ordering was a disaster. We opted to forgo our breakfast and ate excellent pho down the road. Staff could do with some etiquette skills too.

Great location. Breakfast was a good spread. Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms with balcony over looking street below.

Great Location in the heart of Hanoi. I reccommend the Pho restaurant in the street next door,, the best!!

I liked everything

Location is handy to everything in Old Quarter. Being on a busy street, rooms are very quiet. Great shower. Staff are wonderful.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast and bar, not at all. Disappointing as this was a deciding factor when booking. Apparently, it is closed due to covid.

It was very quiet and clean.

The room is super clean and comfortable. I like the pillows so much. I appreciate the attitude and professionalism of the staff members in the kitchen and dining room. They were so friendly and helpful even when we came right before the closing time.

I booked a room with a window because I would like to have another exit way in case of emergency, not just a view. However, the window in the room will lead you to an inside deep hole (elevator’s hole or something?). It made me feel uncomfortable.
