Small easy comforting

The hallways are loud and staff should be quieter because if this. There is a service room on every floor and it's loud.

The daily breakfast had an excellent spread. Staff was nice and helpful.

Impeccably clean rooms, location is walking distance anywhere in town, and the kindness staff.

I loved everything about Champton Hanoi Hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. From the moment I reached the hotel, the staff welcomed me with smile, thoughtful service and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed.

Crew is super kind! We were in our honeymoon and they allowed us to do early check in and had beautiful decoration in our room :) highly recommend it!

Gym could be better

Excellent staff especially Erin and Maili who were so helpful with booking transport. Close walking distance to everything and amazing breakfast and roof top bar. Highly recommend this stay in the Old Quarter.

I really don’t have any.

This was overall a lovely stay. Even though we were only there for 2 days we got to experience the hustle and bustle of the city especially when Vietnam beat Thailand in the soccer cup and got the gold medal.Maili especially was super helpful and very kind throughout our trip and made it that much more special. Would definitely go back and stay again in the future

Great location in the heart of Hanoi. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop bar has nice 360 degree views of the city. Did a tour through their concierge to Ninh Bing that was awesome and well organized. The beds were comfortable, and the maids did a great job of cleaning each day.

It was really nice stay, we really recommend to stay here. Rooms was really clean and beautiful. We could leave our backpacs here. Staff was amazing, mainly Maili, Henry and Slater. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind - definitely a highlight to our stay here. We stayed only one night but enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and the hotel was in a great spot with lots of food and shops around.

Extremely lovely staff and delicious Vietnamese breakfasts. Very good location in the Old Quarter, walking distance to the main sites.

Walls are very thin and unfortunately on our last night there there was a large group of school students on our floor who kept us awake until after 2am despite many attempts to ask them to be quiet both from us, other guests, their teachers and hotel staff. Not an issue with the hotel itself just an unfortunate situation!

Everything was excellent to be honest. Would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. I even got a small gift from the staff after checkout :)

Location, staff, quite rooms

Great location, freindly, caring professional staff, swimming pool bar area on roof fabulous in the summer heat. Breakfast excellent with a very attentive chef, specious, spotless room with very comfortable bed, all facilities to make the stay indulgent and enjoyable. I upgraded from a previously booked hotel, due to my desire for a pool, more than happy I did.I was infortunatly ? hit by a car on a crossing, minor injury, and the management and staff couldn’t do enough to escort me to the International French Hospital, excellent facility, and were all genuinely delighted when no bones broken, insisting I celebrate with a Margarita at the roof top bar, good choice! On daily entry to foyer, a beautiful aroma welcomed guests inside…Would warmly recommend….

Only comment would be more chairs around the pool, but due to lack of space surrounding the pool, not possible, though plenty just up a few steps…
