Great location, design and overall service and quality of the experience far exceeds expectations. Breakfast had plenty of options, there was also an al a’carte menu. The rooms were super comfortable and well appointed with little touches that truly made it feel luxurious. The spa was also very nice and I had a great massage by Huong. Probably one of the best ive gotten. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is hesitant about straying from a big box hotel. Would totally stay here again!

Ruby the front desk lady was AMAZING !!! so firendly and helpful went way beyond any service we have ever received in travelling, the location was perfect, and the hotel was so cute and funky

Rooms a bit small and having bathroom basin outside bathroom was a bit off (brushing teeth etc..) but beautiful decor

We cannot say enough about our two stays at La Siesta. The staff is uniformly warm and courteous and the rooms are immaculate. The included breakfast is top notch and the Sky Bar is a nice treat at the end of a weary day. If you wish to stay in the Old Quarter, this is a superb place to stay.

The staff at Maladee are wonderful. So helpful and caring. Pretty property and great location. Breakfast and happy hour are great too.

Rooms are nice but on the small side and dark.

Overall clean and comfortable.Has a nice sky-bar.

No door between shower room and toilet.Only half covered by a glass partition, so its easy to make toilet/room space wet.

The hospitality is excellent . The room n the restaurant is great (not to mention the food, we had breakfasts and lunch; the foods are top quality)

The hotel is beautiful, lovely room with outdoor patio. Great location , close to everything. The rooftop bar and breakfast room are designed very well.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. My Booking.com reservation included a 10% discount on food and drinks, but this was not initially applied—I had to show proof of the offer at checkout to receive it. During breakfast, the tea was served without a saucer and only with a tea bag. Additionally, I was woken in the middle of the night by a call from reception regarding a noise complaint from another guest, even though we had been asleep.

Excellent location. The staff was incredible. The room was great and very comfortable. Wonderful buffet breakfast as well. Cool roof top bar. Unfortunately we were only there one night but we would have like to stay longer.

I loved everything about the hotel. The decor, the service, the room, the Spa, the restaurant. Everything was elegant and modern. The staff was superb. Most of them spoke English quite well and were extremely helpful. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Exceptional décor and design throughout the property, particularly in the front lobby and the foyers on the guest room floors. The overall aesthetic is both chic and elegant.

Street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy. We noticed that pulling the balcony door closed more tightly reduced the noise almost completely. The hotel should consider adjusting the doors so they can be securely closed to block out sound more effectively. Great rooftop bar, though the absence of a pool is still missed.

The location was in the center, the team were friendly and supportive specially Ms. Qoun was support me to prepare my traveling and give advices.

Beautifully decorated hotel! Room was small but so well designed that we didn't mind at all. Cozy but luxe. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. They accommodated our request for a room on a higher floor. D at the front desk helped us with restaurant and activity recos and also helped arrange our transport to Cao Bang. Satisfying buffet breakfast with varied cuisines.

Great location! Hotel was peaceful inside, but step outside right into the action of Hanoi. Very comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and attentive.
