Give the front desk girl a raise, she¿s amazing. Good location, quiet and clean room

Lock box didn¿t work, be careful of cleaning staffs, they do not give two room keys

Hotel was amazing, the girl at the front desk in the ao dài was extremely helpful and kind.

We set up cameras in all our hotel stays, we caught the cleaning people sneaking into our rooms after being told we don¿t need cleaning. Blood on sheets, elevator starts on second floor

Location is accessible to stores, restaurants

We came past midnight,the lobby's light was turned off and main door was locked with bicycle chain.We knocked on the glass door,one guy sleeping on the couch and the 2nd guy was behind the counter. As soon as were in,door was locked with bike chain.

The location was really convenient being right in the centre of district 1. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful! Highly recommend.

Being extremely close to the clubs/bars with overtly loud music.

We stayed here for a day during our 22 hour layover in Hanoi. We loved the early checkin, the room, the spacious balcony, and the friendly staff. And we are right in the middle of old quarter. It was a perfect plase to stay to experience the old quarter.

The area was strategic, room is clean, and the staff specially Tracy is really a big help.

there was no bar or breakfast on site but advertised as having breakfast there not good,staff were good but also lift did,nt go from ground floor had to used steps for first part.

Staff at the reception super accomodating( Kim and Hazel made my trip comfortable, they responded to all my requests) They even have weighing scale. Room is spaciousNear the restaurants and shops

The room is clean and accessible, all the staff is very friendly, Especially David, he is very good, I like him very much.

We were deeply impressed by David-Receptionist's warm welcome and his loving speech for us. Our flight was delayed, so we had to check in hotel very late at midnight. We were tried but David was still very energetic to give us his lovely smile, warm welcome and a big source of positive energy. He told us that: He had been waiting for us for so long, and he worried for us, ? luckily we arrived, and he was so happy to see us in hotel. His actions and attitude during the check-in time made us feel like we were not his guests, but his family's members. Thank you David for teaching some most common vietnamese phrases. Thank you so much for your everything.

The staff went above and beyond for us during our whole stay no matter who was working the front desk/door. We loved the location and found it really easy to walk anywhere we wanted to see within old town and didn't have any issues getting to and from with airport transfers and limo buses. I can not believe how big the bed was and how much space we had in the room around it.

You can tell it is an older building as it could really use some extra love and maintenance within the bathroom mostly. The room was always a little dark and humid even with air conditioning and fans. We didn't have an issue with it, however, for some you may want to note that the elevator only ran from the 1st floor.

I like the fact that we had a very fast and smooth check in after a tiring and long drive from Sapa.It is in a very good location and the staffs are all accommodating and are doing their best to cater to our needs.This is a good value for our money and is recommendable.

Nothing in particular regarding the hotel's services except that the bathroom needs more ventilation.

Perfect location in the old quarter, tranquil hotel, room pretty nice, staff very accommodating, Andrew has been a great help in giving us directions and booking a fantastic cruise in Halong Bay ahead of our stay.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy, but you have to expect it in the old quarter.
