Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi

The helpfulness of the staff, particularly Phuong Anh who drew multiple points of interest for my short visit, organized a superb excursion, the restaurant which offers local and Vietnamese-friendly food for foreigners! I went 7-8 times over my stay.

Only one elevator.? in high morning traffic it?s better to use the narrow stairway if you can.

Staff were amazing - for no fee, they stowed our luggage between excursions out of Hanoi called our hotel on an island off Cat Ba and prearranged transport to ensure our trip went smoothly. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, and the room supurb.

we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. breakfast was very good. we had to leave very early so they offered us an early breakfast at 6:15 am.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Had dinner one evening at the restaurant and it was also excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

My suite was on tge top floor in next/adjacent building plus need to walk one level up without lift access. Breakfast back to the main building ?. Up with another elevator again....

Location was great. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and a great size. I felt at home.

Walls are thin so it could be noisy - could hear showers, toilets flushing, full conversations, etc.

Each morning’s breakfast was delightful, exceeding our expectations in every way. We loved exploring the hotel’s uniquely captivating spaces, including the vibrant nightclubs tucked away in the basement—a truly memorable touch. And when it came to our early departure at 4 AM, the thoughtful staff were already prepared, ensuring our checkout was seamless. Mei and the entire team made our stay extraordinary—we can’t wait to return!

Honestly, there was very little the hotel could have done to make our stay even better—it truly exceeded our expectations. If I had to mention anything, it would only be that our visit was too short!

The outstanding hospitality was the highlight — the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, going above and beyond from check-in to check-out. The location is also ideal: tucked away in a peaceful side street but still just minutes from Hanoi’s vibrant markets and the iconic train street.

This is my favourite hotel in Hanoi. Located in the heart of the old quarter, one street back from Train street, a short walk from the lake and beer street, this location can't get much better! The staff are amazing! So attentive and friendly. Breakfast was beautiful. The rooms are a good size and had a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend

Welcome - we were made feel special from the minute we walked through the door. Van Anh looked after from arrival to departure.Staff - Van Anh and all staff made us feel special and provided exceptional service. We had a warm welcome when we returned from our trips every day. Anh also arranged three tours for us - these were also of very high standard. The City Guided Tour and Halong Bay Tour were of very high quality - not to be missed. Also Ninh Binh tour was also very good.Room - effective air conditioning and comfortable environment after our daily travelling. The beds were extremely comfortable - and a choice of pillow softness/hardness was a nice touch.Food - good choice of food at breakfast/ good quality, excellent service - we ate at the restaurant two nights, high quality food - I recommend the beef tenderloin in bamboo evening mealThe thoughtfulness and care of the staff made this stay very special for us. Roomservice/cleaning was also exemplar - faultless but not intrusive.Hotel - location was superb - allowed us to get a feel for the local culture and activitiesLaundry service - very useful, reasonable and delivered within the same day.Taxi transfer to and from the hotel - ordering and delivery was seamless.We felt the staff really cared about our holiday experience/enjoyment. Leaving the hotel and going home.We can't think of anything that would be worth highlighting.If we raised any queries or asked for anything - this was actioned immediately - within minutes. Fantastic management.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. The suite was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were amazing, especially David who checked in with us regularly and arranged our luggage transfer to our next hotel. The breakfast was outstanding.

On arrival, the first night, the room allocated was too small. The staff couldn't do enough to help and we were moved to a larger room for the nights afterwards, when it became available.
