S Central Hotel and Spa

The staff at S Central Hotel were so helpful and put a lot of effort into making our stay memorable and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is in an amazing location! I highly recommend staying at S Central Hotel

Very clean. Good location. Exceptional service.

Wonderful staff very helpful and friendly. Clean facility and nice breakfast. We enjoyed ourselves. Rose Anna were very helpful!

Nice location, walking distance to main attractions and good places to eat in the area. Great service! I loved the room, it was very spacious, clean and so comfortable. I arrived very late and they upgraded me, so I could have a good rest. Sophie helped me to arrange the pick-up from the airport and tours.

We only stayed for one night but had an excellent time, we arrived very early in the morning and because our room wasn’t ready yet they upgraded us for free to a room that was ready to allow us to check in early. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was great as well.

We had a good welcome at S Central as our first hotel in Vietnam. We didn’t expect the hospitality. Mr. Brian was helpful months before our check-in, answering all my questions. Thank you Mr. Harry for accommodating us well.

It was a great experience. Thw staff was friendly and kind. Beds and pillows were really soft and good. The receptionists MJ Harris and Anna did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy! The location is convenient as the hotel is next to the lake.We really enjoy it ☺️

Breakfast, the ability to book tours, the staff

Bit small bathroom/toilet

Above & beyond service from Rose, Kimmie & Brian. The staff were phenomenal and the rooms were large & clean. Great location. Everything could be arranged without hiccups (taxi / tour of Tam Coc). Even got a breakfast box for our early outbound flight. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Pool not located in hotel itself but in sister hotel which was 400 meter away.

nice location but beware that cars wont be able to make it to the hotel as the street is very narrow, a short 1-2 minutes walk from the main street

the Hotel is very basic, the hotel itself is spread over 4 buildings. The main thing I was taken aback with was that the security locker in the room is not a number type but came with a key and you are expected to hand the keys into the reception for safe keeping when you go out for the day etc. I wasnt a big fan of the breakfast either.

We have received upgraded room which is always nice, lots of space then. Beds were comfortable

Frequent curch bells disrupt our sleep, tiny bathroom

Excellent Hôtel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spécial Tks Mr Harry for everything. Hightly recommend?

It was all excellent staff were very helpful and everything was clean and comfortable

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean and spacious — especially after a long night of travel and delayed flight (we arrived at the hotel at 1:30am). Mr. Brian was very attentive, generous and helpful in our check-in process. Mr. Brian also helped my fiancé and I book a 1-day cruise in Ha Long Bay, as well as the shuttle service to and from the Hanoi airport. Staff is so friendly and polite! The breakfast had a variety of entrees, fresh fruit, juices, bread and a salad bar — one of the best I’ve had in my time being in Vietnam.

Breakfast , room, receptionist

It was our second time staying at the Splendid Star Hotel and Spa and just once again had a really great stay. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the manager also upgraded us to a bigger room for free. The staff really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. The hotel is very well located in old quarter and close to all attractions. When we visit Hanoi in the future we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.Thank you

The staff (Rose, John and Ding Dong) were amazing and very friendly! Also the manager had organised a very nice Christmas party for everyone! We had a great massage and we had our laundry done as well. Excellent location!

Everything good

Excellent Staff esp. Rose, Kimmie and Mr. Harry, Good Breakfast, Excellent Location and very spacious Room they upgraded us to Family suite. Thank You so much guys. You made us happy

Amazing location near St Joseph Cathedral on a quiet street! Brian was so helpful in checking us in early and giving us a fantastic suite for our stay. Laundry service was quick and easy. Breakfast was very yummy. Would absolutely stay here again if ever back in Hanoi!

Comfortable hotel in a great location (quieter part of town but close to everything). Staff are excellent, helpful & friendly.. Thank you for the warm welcome to Vietnam!
