Hanoi Jasmine Premium Hotel & Travel

It has only been open a month and it is very nice and well decorated. They were very helpful even with travel plans.

The personal was always ready to help with a smile. The room is large and clean. The location is perfect. The breakfast is excellent and vary each day.

Breakfast was out of this world. I normally didn’t eat in the morning but the spread was too tempting The welcome tea & the afternoon tea were a delightful experience.

Bathroom could use an update.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of so many restaurants, shopping, 24/7 laundry, and tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel were some of the kindest, friendliest, and helpful people we met in Hanoi. They always had a person at the front desk 24/7 and took care to make sure we were getting on the right tour or taxi. They facilitated a taxi to pick us up from the airport when we arrived. There was always hot water for the shower, good air conditioning in the rooms, a comfortable bed, and potable water in the lobby. It was nice and quiet at night since we opted for a room at the back of the hotel. The free breakfast every morning was filling, delicious, and set us up for a good day of sightseeing and fun. They let us store our luggage on our checkout day until our flight left in the evening.

The location is prime its near to tourist spots and the staffs are very approachable and kind. Services provided are exceptional.

The staff! The were all accomodating and super nice. I really appreciate their thoughfulness in giving us a free room upgrade since what we booked was kinda small and they even allowed us to check-in early with no extra-cost! Their hospitality is really outstanding! I also love their freshly cooked eggs and pancakes for breakfast! ;)

Only stayed for one night as we were transiting, what lovely staff. Tried to always help going above and beyond!!! Would’ve stayed longer just for the staff. Our room was comfortable and what we needed. It is not a luxury hotel but for the price and lovely staff it’s a 5 star :)

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast choices, excellent location centrally located to everything.

The bathtub didn't have a shower curtain, hence was uncomfortable taking a shower without wetting the whole area.

The water pressure is very weak, no curtain in the bathroom, water splashed all around

The staff are amazingly friendly and kind, they really go out of their way to help you. The location is great with the bonus being that it's on a quiet street, yet it's a walkable distance from the Hanoi weekend market, restaurants and night life.

I got exactly what was on the photos, which doesn’t happen very often… a little unpolished, but exceptionally good… the lamps, the beds, all looking exactly to my expectations…

Nobody warned me the hotel is in a residential building, so there will be small children running around and shouting late until the night…

The stuff is very helpful.They also stored my luggage for one day and they let me to change and refresh before my night bus.

Location was perfect (little street and quiet in the night and still you walk 5-10 minutes to night market or other tourist attraction). Breakfast was quite ok, room was splitted in the two rooms and sometime you have to stay room that is behind the corridor (not a big problem). Room has balcony and we liked it (small, but you can open double doors to balcony and get bench on it).

Room was at the 3rd floor and there was not a elevator. Some rooms has elevator possibilities, but ours not.

I stayed here for 4 nights to explore the city, what a brilliant hotel. Central location in the maze of streets that make up Old Hanoi which means everywhere is walkable. I arrived early and, after being given a free breakfast, I was given the use of another room (for a small charge) to freshen up and sleep for a few hours until my room was available. Breakfast choice is good with various eggs, toast, fruit, cereal etc on offer. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and any request is answered with a smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis of peace in a busy city to anyone planning on visiting Hanoi. If I'm ever back in Hanoi, this will be the place I stay! Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

Location was excellent - perfect for everywhere we wanted to visit in Hanoi over our short stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. We took a room with a balcony which overlooks a street and so it could be quite loud but it didn’t bother us too much. For people sensitive to noise, I’d suggest taking a room on the inside with an internal window. Overall it was exactly what we needed for this city visit.

Breakfast was adequate and there were a few options which can be ordered additionally. Overall it could be improved slightly but it was perfectly fine for our needs.

Best choice for breakfast in our entire 6 weeks visit to Vietnam. Very thoughtful to have tea and coffee available for free at all times. Very helpful staff and very convenient location.

The minute you walk through the door, you leave the hustle and bustle of the streets behind. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Good hot shower. Very quiet. Tasty breakfast. Local tours are easily arranged, as are those further afield.24 hour complimentary tea and coffee available. We booked 1 night and are staying 1 week.

Staff was amazing, they were salways smiley and uper attentive and helped me with some personal issues. Also helped me organise the transport from and to Noi Bai International Airport. The hotel itself is in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to all main attractions, a lot shops and restaurants around and the rooms was still so quiet despite the busy and noisy street outside. The room was spacious enough and it had all you may need. 100% recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, to ensure we had a great experience. They organized an amazing tour for us, which made one of our days even more special. Extending our stay for another night was no problem at all.
