Good part is Breakfast as there are many options, but less Indian cusine. Property is at a quiet place. Cleanliness was perfect .

The room layout is a bit unusual — the toilet and shower areas have curtains and there are no locks. The toilet and shower are in separate spaces. The water isn’t very hot. The location is quite far from the Old Quarter, so if you enjoy being close to that area, this isn’t the best choice for you.

The location is quite far - 30 mins from city centre so we spent quite a lot of time in travelling to and fro

Staffs speak English and are very helpful, breakfast was excellent, probably the best Pho I have tried in all the places I’ve been.

I have a confirmation letter of my reservation with breakfast included and once i checked in they said to me that there is mistake of reservation department the value of money you spent is not with breakfast. How ? I already paid before two month of my stay check in and once i checked in they say the same. Disappointed at all and never book again

The room was not ready for check-in till 4 pm, but no consideration was given. We were there at 3:30pm and they told us it will take some time to get our room ready as earlier guests stayed late. We had two rooms required next to each other. They indicated we will have them next to each other but in reality it was on otherside of the corridor. We made booking 2-3 months in advance.

Good hospitality. Prompt assistance provided by the hotel for the inconvenience faced due to room description. Helped out graciously with a good packed breakfast for an early flight.

The breakfast options for vegetarians were not good at all.

Rooms are quite big sized and cleanliness of the whole propertyis good. Rooftop restaurant's outdo.or terrace is good for evening drink and dinner.

Drinking water kept in rooms 2 Glass bottles per 24 hours is not enoughA bit less/limited options at Breakfast and Restaurants for Vegetarian people.

The property was really good at the price. The hotel and the staff was very supportive. The breakfast was really really good!!

Location was ok and now wow! Not closer to main tourist attractions like Old quater etc and no food options nearby. For delivery almost every one was taking an hour to deliver and similarly nearby hotels when we decided to walk and check out not much options for food

Victor and the staff were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we could make the most of our trip by helping make suggestions and recommendations. Victor especially went out of his way to ensure all the trips we made on their recommendation were worthwhile.

Do not trust the allergen guide on the menu at the restaurant. I am allergic to egg, selected an appropriate dish only to find after a few mouthfuls it contained egg. Complained and received an apology but it made the rest of our stay uncomfortable (try finding a decent public toilet in Hanoi in a rush?)

It is a new location. Peaceful surrounding but still in the middle of a number of restaurants and cafes if you need one. Hotel food is great too. I am vegetarian and the staff took special care of my needs at breakfast.

We had a big family apartment with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable and the personnel was accommodating. For sure, recommend to stay here.

The food catered for both local and international tastes

The overall experience was good. If there was one minor complaint, the pool on the ground floor was small and lacked privacy, so we avoided it.

Everything except for the AC

The AC in the bedroom ain’t the best. It was quite hot at night. Also the bathroom does not have ventilation so it’s kinda.. weird
