Bathroom floors could be slippery when wet. They do have rubber non slip mat in bath and a floor mat. Both good but you must be cautious when wet

Some staff were not friendly. The room was dark & dingy (eg brown dripping stains on walls). Very loud because of location. Location is hard to access by taxi so we had to walk and carry our luggage. Breakfast was not as good as our other hotel in Hanoi.

The Breakfast was really bad.

Staffs were very friendly and supportive. Kevin supported a lot during the check in/out process.When we were leaving hotel for Ha long bay tour one of the staffs carried our luggage to the bus for approx 500m. Room was spacious and clean and buffet breakfast includes varieties items for all.

Great location for exploring the market and the old city- or if you want to enjoy some lively nightlife. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, king sized bed, and the bathroom was obviously recently remodeled.

Air conditioner was a little noisy, but didn't stop us from sleeping. The location is very busy and noisy at night, BUT with the sliding doors closed, we couldn't hear anything.

The breakfast was amazing so much choice hot and cold food the room was large with a balcony that over looked the street it was clean and well equipped with everything you might need Even down to a extension lead so you could charge multiple devices. Kevin was the most amazing manager I have ever come across in all my hotel stays nothing was to much for himIdeal location right in the middle of of bars ,restaurants ,shops and nightlife this is a amazing hotel

Stuff was not cooperating regarding complaints of the small beds for 3 persons, also regarding extending the stay

They was very helpful to store our luggage for 3 days, without any problem

Loved the central location in old quarter and especially the staff. Shout out to Kevin, information manager, who promptly responded to my questions before the visit and greeted us every time we entered the lobby. We booked an executive suite on the 2nd floor and loved having the extra space, like the sitting room separate from the bed. Comfy bed and good amenities. Highly recommend!!

Nothing - all good

All the staff were kind and efficient. We especially appreciated Joyce. She was wonderful. She anticipated our needs and was engaging, kind and made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. We do not remember his name, but the gentleman who check us in was great as well. He handled a large group and us at a very busy time with impressive competence. We enjoyed our dining experience at the hotel for a late dinner and breakfast. The staff there were very friendly as well. We wish we had been able to stay longer here, but we had other non refundable bookings arranged after this stay. They were able to upgrade us to a Premier Suite and we would choose that next time. We feel it was worth paying more for.

Location was convenient.

We stayed in room #618 and it had a constant smell of vomit so we had to turn on the AC to a very cold temperature to somewhat mask the bad smell. The bathroom bathtub drain drained very slowly, even though it wasn't clogged. We went out early for an all day excursion and the lobby was all dark with no staff present except for the security/bellman.

Super spacious and clean room overlooking main street, breakfast / bar location is your choice indoor or open-air on roof, staff very helpful in helping me book buses. Especially nice on car-free hours of the weekend. Ta Hien Beer Street about half a block away.

My room was across from an Indian food place (highly rated) that played Indian music pretty loudly, if you don't like Indian music or are an early sleeper you might not be happy; consider asking for a different room?

Room was great. Nice and large with space for everything Breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices.

Doorstop in shower was a bit weird

Convenient location in old quarter but a quiet oasis from activity in neighborhood. Kevin the customer service manager was very friendly and quickly anticipating our needs. We are grateful they allowed us to store our luggage during an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay. We receive a wonderful upgrade the first night to beautiful suite with balcony. Great experience!

Brilliant staff, all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was also ideal.

Room was nice but basic.

Our room (with a window and patio) was spacious and full of natural light, and the location is excellent.The service was outstanding! The staff was very helpful when we checked out—they let us store our luggage for the day, and kind Alice made sure we could take a shower in the evening at the gym downstairs. She also arranged a taxi to the train station.

Great location for exploring the Old Quarter. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Great choice of breakfast. Rooftop bar was a bonus for an early evening cocktail or a night cap.
