Luxury Old Quarter Hotel & Gym

Lovely quiet room considering it is in the heart of noisy Old Town! Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was excellent. All of the staff are helpful and friendly.

The street is so crowded with motorcycles.

The one thing i need to comment is about the service provided by Ms. Linda. No words to express how she went out of tune way to help and accommodate us. Though the hotel is not a 5 star or anything it is kept very clean and the staff are extremely cooperating. they ensure your stay is enjoyable. Location is perfect for venturing the city. Not far from the airport.

Absolutely nothing

Loved the beds not to soft not to hard. The staff very nice, breakfast was very good.

Our shower did not have a good water flow but we were on the last floor that might have been the problem.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is good and the room was quiet. The breakfast was delicious.

Air conditioning didn't work. Building had not been updated in forever. Tub didn't drain. Window in room didn't allow any light in. Previous reviews must have been falsified

The room was clean and spacious. Nice location -- walking distance to everything. Breakfast was also great. Staff members provide exceptional customer service. They were honest, polite, professional, friendly and also very helpful and considerate.The Internet connection was great! We were able to work remotely without a problem.

The room was right for me and the location made it easy to go anywhere in the Old Quarter in any direction. The staff were very helpful.

Very good location, near Hanoi Old Quarter but the street is quiet. Friendly staff. The beds are so comfortable.

The breakfast menu should be improved as most of them are Western meals (toast, sandwiches...). There is only "Phở" which is the famous Vietnamese food in the menu. As the hotel is in Hanoi Old Quarter area, the room is not too big. We found mold in the bathroom.

Location & cleanliness are excellent staff is very helpful especially saffron & linda helped us in the best possible ways felt very safe.

The staff is amazing ! Ready to help with anything we needed. Flexible and helpful. The breakfast is reasonably priced for GREAT a breakfast . Many options are available for breakfast .I also appreciate having 24-hour security at the hotel .The LOCATION of this hotel is fantastic, close to great restaurants and attractions.

Location was good, very near night market. Rating was given for the exceptional service. All the staff were always friendly and helpful. My friend had tummy upset, and staff brought hot ginger tea to our room for her. When my friend misplaced her watch charger, the staff turned the beds and checked. We had already left for Sapa when they found it but Saffron promptly arranged to deliver it by express service. Through it all, she updated us regularly and explained the fees. We could feel her sincerity in keeping my friend worry free. We also loved the breakfast cafe. It was cosy and we were served with smiles always. We sat beyond breakfast hours chatting and were not chased away. For the impressive serivce, a big thumbs up!

The hotel room was kind of dated. Would be good to have reburbishment. We were on the highest level and there were some furniture stored outside our room. Rather unsightly. Do not stay on highest level if you cannot climb stairs. There is a steep flight of stairs to go after the elevator stops at highest floor it could go. The gym was very bare....then again, we had no time to use.

The hotel's location is quite central only a few minutes from Hoàn Kiếm. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room had a terrace, which was a nice touch.

The whole hotel is quite dated, our room had some rather dirty spots and even some signs of mold, including a rather unpleasant smell. We used the air conditioning only once, trying to dry the air a little bit, but had to turn it off immediately. I've had noisy AC in the past, but this sounded it came straight out of hell. There was a TV, but without any smart functions, which meant we only had Vietnamese television. Thr common areas of the hotel were rather dark and didn't invite to spend time there.The bed had two mattresses instead of one, which was rather inconvenient.

Nice hotel in a great location for exploring Hanoi! The staff were very nice and very helpful and served a really good breakfast! The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. This was our second stay at the hotel as we found it a good place to base our trip to Hanoi from.

Slightly rough around the edges (ants in the bedroom at one point) and there were some flies on the laid out breakfast (would have been good to have the fresh laid out food covered).
