Best location, close and in walking distance to everything

It is a minor thing, the room is a bit small.

Everything was great, comfy rooms, kind and attentive staff! Great location! Quiet street in an otherwise noisy neighbourhood.

The location is perfect. It only took me few minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Location: The location of the stay was right in the Old Quarter--which was perfect for us to check off many of the restaurants and food stalls that we wanted to try. Noise: Even though the street was bustling, the room itself acted as a nice and calming reprieve.Amenities: They had a television, safe, hair dryer, common toiletries such as comb/ear swabs/shower cap/shampoo/shower gel, a closet where you could hang dry your clothing. If you wanted, you could also request laundry service to be done, which is perfect for travelers on longer trips! They also provided a complimentary buffet breakfast which made mornings very easy and relaxing. The breakfast is on the roof and it also has a nice view of Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff: The staff was so amazing. They are very helpful if you need to book a day trip to visit another part of the surrounding Hanoi area. They also can help you set up a ride back to the airport once you're done with your stay.

I don't have any complaints--I loved my stay. I recommend this hotel.

The property is in a central location for any tourists visiting Hanoi. The staff are amazing and very helpful. If you are looking to book a last minute day trip, the front desk can assist you. They also will help book cars back to the airport for you.

The location was perfect - you're right next to Hoan Kiem Lake and a variety of restaurants and shops. The hotel is also within walking distance to train street and other popular tourist destinations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - setting up tours, answering questions, giving tips about restaurants and places to exchange money, etc. The breakfast was also wonderful! They offered some different options each day and it was really nice to sit upstairs and enjoy the view while eating some delicious food.

Everything was perfect. The hotel's location is very central. A few steps away from everything.The staff is so polite and respectful. Ruby has the best smile I've ever seen.We were upgraded to a bigger room for free and it was a very nice gesture.Lily the manager was so helpful and keen to help.Breakfast was good and has an amazing view of the lake, our choices were limited as Muslims, so we mainly stuck to eggs, croissants, jam, salads, shrimp, potatoes and fruits.

I really enjoyed my stay at Centre Point Hanoi Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter and just a few minutes’ walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, shops, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the rooftop view was a nice bonus.Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone who wants a convenient and pleasant stay in central Hanoi. Excellent value for money!

Neighbors were too noisy from early morning since they were building something in front of our room's windows. I hope it does not happen all the time.

What I like about this property is that it’s close to everything — restaurants, attractions, and markets.

What I didn’t like about the property is that you can easily hear noise from the next room, which makes it feel like there’s no privacy.

Location was great - a bit crowed and small but right in the middle of the old quarter.

Bathroom - The shower head did not have any water because the head was clogged - it just dripped out.

It's worth paying extra for the executive room. The inner rooms with no view are also very good and super quiet. Best part of this hotel is the staff, especially the valet. He walked me two streets, carrying my luggage, to catch my limo van, even talked to the driver for me! Note that there will be noise, but is always quiets down at night. Breakfast had rotating options, including delicious Asian dishes, which I appreciated. The room was well appointed and was spotlessly cleaned every day. Although I didn't take any, Lily, the manager can book tours for you.

Very helpful staff (Lilly was very helpful with planning). Breakfast was convenient and good. Our room had a view of the lake. Room is not large, but it is perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed, nice large shower. We appreciated the location so close to the lake.

The location was great!

The pictures are a little misleading. The property is a little outdated and the AC units cannot keep up with the bigger rooms. 2 of our rooms had to be moved to smaller ones in order to be cooler.

The buffet breakfast is pretty good and more selection to choose and of course the all staff of the hotel was very accommodating and helpful they make sure that your stay was good pleasant as they are.

I think the location of the hotel was very secluded and crowded all the taxi /grab and all of the transportation means are neglecting to drop us at the hotel area due to the road was always crowded and closed specially at night we had difficulty of returning to the hotel because all the grab/taxi driver skipping the road where the hotel area is in. They always drop us nearby and you need to walk a minute or if you are unlucky and it’s raining you need to walk an hour to go back at the hotel.

The breakfast is very healthy and delicious. We can choose not only from the buffet items but also from the made-to-order menu, such as chicken pho or an omelet.

The bathroom does not have a rack to place shower gel or shampoo, which was slightly inconvenient.
