Great value for the rooms and service received

really great location. the staff were awesome.

doesnt really have parking. had to park my bike in front of the entrance

Location.

The room was dirty. There was dust on the night stand and the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

We were provided to different rooms during our 2 night stay. The first room is in their 6th floor with no access in the elevator since it only reached up to 5th floor. Good thing the staff help us with our luggage.

Location was convenient. The room was bigger than some places I stayed in Hanoi. Walking distance to railway station.

When communicated with staff about checking in early they said okay, but when I got there they said I needed to pay a fee, I do understand that but I should have been notified of this beforehand.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They let you leave your luggages and let you check-in early if there's room available.

I was fighting for my life against the AC.

The property was good n clean n near to all fun places, train streets, St. Joseph Catholic Church, beer street n restaurant just walking distance, to spa, shopping etc. Tuktuk rides too. Hotel, was in the middle of the all fun places.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, everything was fine.

I like the ambiance of the hotel and the staff were nice and accommodating. Request were perfectly prepared as planned and the manager was nice and thoughtful.

Nothing , everything is exeptional

We used this hotel to 'bookend' between tours to HaLong, SaPa and the airport.The early packaged breakfast of boiled eggs, bread and jam were appreciated on the bus to SaPa.

The balcony room was a bad choice on my part, due to street noise, particularly on the first night on the 2nd floor.The top floor balcony room, which the staff arranged for our next visit solved the noise problem but, the aircon developed a fault at 4am.

The property is very close to everything. Just 10mins walk to Old Quarter, Beer Street, and Train Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely book this property again when we come back to Hanoi. Worth the price and every penny.

The staff were lovely, lots of hot water (but the shower rose needs to be cleaned as it sprays in all directions), the mattress was old (but had a mattress cover), the window provided a great view over the street (but the curtains were paint stained and the sheers dragged on the floor and were dirty), the room was relatively quiet. Good location, in walking location, in the Old Quarter. Breakfast was adequate, nicely cooked eggs and good service.

Room required a more through cleaning especially in the bathroom (mould).

Quiet area but close to everything you need

Staffs are fantastic, and super helpful, many choice of breakfasts, cook to order daily, try them allRoom close to elevator could be a little noisy as people move in and outYou can hear loud people talking n t v noise when it is really quietBeing at the old quarters and size of building probably fairly normal

It is in a fairly quiet area of Old Quarters, on a hardware street, so no market noises, at night super quiet , everything you need like street food, cloth shopping, famous Michelin restaurants famous street food brands are within a block of all directions, all within 5-10 minutes of walking distance, hotel provide breakfast cook to order, about 10 choices , best among all hotels I stay in Vietnam, even provide take out ready if you have early tour or airport flights, super helpful and caring

There aren’t much I dislike but I would advice travellers try to book the bigger rooms as property in Hanoi are so narrow that all hotels are long n narrow, so that effect the layout of each room

Stay here, quiet and centre of everythingAll within easy walking distance to high quality street food, Name brand shopping on the cheap, hotel help to arranged trips to Halong bay and many other out of town attractions, all hotels in Old Quarters are small and old, but the inside are fairly modern and high value for what you paid, fantastic breakfast cook to order, always nice and hot, rooms clean bed make with clean towels daily

Not much at all, tv not working but is fixed the next day, burn out light bulb changed same day,

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good with a lot of shops and food within walking distance.

Reality wasn't quite the same as the photos. The rooms were more typical of Hanoi rooms and not as clean and bright as in the photos.

Comfortable bed, warm shower, good tv with cable and very nice location in the old quarter. Staff were also very helpful.

The breakfast wasn't my cup of tea but others might like it

The staff are fabulous, the breakfast yummy and plenty of choice.Situated within a busy bustling area, easy to get around, lots to see.

The rooms do not look like the photo, they are very basic, but they are clean.The photos must have been when it was first opened
