My Moon Hotel Hanoi

I absolutely loved staying at My Moon Hotel. It started with the staff... they were so incredibly kind and helpful. My room was beautiful! I loved having tea in my room, and stepping out onto the balcony. Maria set up my transportation to and from the airport, tour activities, gave me local spa recommendations, and anything else I needed. I would recommend to anyone to stay here!

We are vegan, so breakfast was not important. The location is nice

The staff is very accommodating especially Hannah. She gave us travel tips and assistance even before our trip to Hanoi.

The location was perfect. Within the Old Quarters and walking distance to Hanoi Train Street. The front desk was open hours and we had a guy wait for us since we had to check in the middle of the night since we rode a night bus from Sapa.

Very limited breakfast options. The room was a bit tad small. What we hated the most was that at checkout, the guy in charge at the front desk wouldn't let us go until we submitted a 5-star review of the hotel. We don't like the idea of being forced to give a high rating even if we were not satisfied with the stay. I told him that I would leave a review as soon as we were back home so I could be more detailed but he just kept on holding us up and insisting on rating them.

Location & room is big , staff was good

Staff behaviour and attitude. Andy was very helpful. He made it super comfortable for us. Always there to help. Hannah was supportive as well.

The room was large and had good hot water. And very quiet at night .The location was great .You could walk any where . The Staff was very friendly . Hannah the tour guide arranged trips for us to Sapa and Cat Ba island . We could leave our luggage there. And take a smaller bag for these overnighters. Thanks

Staff is great, specially Hannah who is super helpful with everything (from tours, to booking trains etc..) our stay was amazing. Highly recommended and very good location.

The rooms were very spacious and the staff were very helpful! It's very close to the train street as well. The rooms are also very quiet not too noisy. Definitely recommend!

Such a charming hotel with friendly staff members that help you with anything you need. The rooms look cute and the breakfast was filling. Its located very near the center and its easy to walk around the city. Theres a mini fridge and complimentary water bottles which came in handy.

This hotel is fabulous! I was staying there 2 days and felt completely happy. Completely amazing interior. My room was small and I really enjoyed of it. Very cozy and clean. Staff are friendly, very helpful and polite. One of them knows Russian language even. Her name is Zina. Dining room is perfect! Breakfast very delicious and always on the time. What I also like that hotel located in very comfortable location in old city. I fall in love to Hanoi and highly recommend this hotel to everybody.
