    Cons -

    • The bathroom had no shower curtain and the water was only lukewarm

Helpful staff and good location, can visit few place easily by walk. Reception provide Money Exchange service, so convenient.

The first room we stay are noise (air-conditional), but they did manage to change us another room, but the second room looks more old n not so clean.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating

The pictures seem a little outdated and the room could have been a bit cleaner

    7KirstyPosted on: 8-18-2023

Clean, air conditioned room in a good location. Organised laundry and transfers efficiently for us.

The room didn't look quite like the photographs but it was still a comfortable stay.

Right in the centre of Hanoi, and the owner was super friendly and informative and helps us get to know where everything was

There was a cockroach in the room unfortunately but not a lot the hotel can do about that, and the bathroom could use an upgrade

    10ViajerafilipinaPosted on: 7-14-2023

Jason and Ana were very accommodating and friendly. We arrived early than the expected time and yet they offered us the room ready for us. The hotel location is accessible to almost everything in the Old Quarter especially the Train Street. The hotel has everything you need like tour packages, currency exchange, laundry service, etc. I highly recommend the hotel and the friendly staff.

No negative feedback during our stay.

    Not recommend

Not recommended, the hotel network is not good, sound insulation is not good, every morning will be woken up by the loud noise of room cleaning, even lived for many days, never helped me change the sheets, often will be woken up by the room cleaning.

    2AntoinePosted on: 6-26-2023

The room was fine, as well as the possibility to rent for 3 hours after a night train

Terrible service - I came to sleep 2 hours and take a shower before an important meeting. Not only did they forget to wake me up, meaning i missed an important work meeting, but... on top of that, they charged for overstaying 30 minutes...And, note to the manager: i did not receive an invoice, so all of that is probably in your employee's pocket.Pre-covid, I used to spend about 30 nights a year in this hotel, I have now chosen another one. Service matters.

    7AmberPosted on: 6-25-2023

Make sure when booking you don't choose the day offer instead of a night stay, it is quite unclear when booking. Luckily they did have a room available for the night when we found out at arrival. Bed was very comfortable, hotel is in a good location.

    8BenyaminPosted on: 6-10-2023

clean , and they let us in after check out time (at 23:30)

make sure you don’t take a room for only 3 hours (instead of a room for the night)

    7YuzuPosted on: 6-2-2023

good location in the old quarter so a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, close to the night market and train street. very friendly and helpful staff

room was quite small, we got 30 day sim cards from here and the data stopped working after 12 days and were about double the price than if you go to a Vinaphone store

    7LucianoPosted on: 5-30-2023

Optimal position just next to the train streetQuite room in a secondary road

our room doesn’t have any window

    2IsabellePosted on: 5-29-2023

    Changed the bed sheets

It was dirty, everything was outdated, staff were clueless, bed sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty

    8ConniePosted on: 5-29-2023

clean rooms in a great location, can see hotel when sitting along train street. close to shops etc. aircon works well

only annoying thing is the lift only goes to floor 7 so if you’re on floor 8 or 9 you have to walk a little - really not that bad though

    7AlisonPosted on: 5-28-2023

The hotel is perfecrly located. The staff is very helpfull and let me quickly change my room after I had a small issue with the first one.

    8GemmaPosted on: 5-18-2023
