huge room, very fancy, the staff were super sweet. i stayed fpr 3 nights jjst to get away from the hussle and bussle. really close to the lake.

Comfortable large clean room, balcony, swimming pool & breakfast..good t.v channels in many languages..could have stayed longer. Excellent hotel in a very lovely area with many places to eat & drink, & staff are all brilliant

Nothing to add except maybe a kettle instead of the clean machine water pot, but it still does the job

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good (choose from 5 options, no buffet). When you walk in the foyer, it seems quite grand, however the room and general upkeep needed an upgrade about 10 yeads ago. The shower was dirty and leaked water on the bathroom floor, the kitchen was not practical, the lounges were stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles and benchtops, and one bedroom door looked like it had been chewed at by something. This could be very nice, but needs a big renovation.

Good location great pool rooms are big

We had two apartments. Our air conditioner kept leaking in the room on the floor and the bed maintenance came to fix it but it continued through the night. The other apartment was good no issues.

Staff very friendly and good location.

Room smelled bad. Shower didn’t work at first. Staff came to fix it (cleaned the shower head) - why wasn’t this done prior to check in? Bath tap didn’t work at all.AC unit sounded like an F1 car engine it was so loud.

Travelling with a 4 year old, I wanted a place that gave us space to relax in the room. Our room was amazing for our needs. The pool is great and has a brilliant shallow end where my son could touch. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go. The room was clean and we were given fresh towels etc daily. The area is walkable to restaurants and a great playground at West Lake. A good pick for families.

We loved the pool! And the bed was so comfortable. It was a very nice, spacious room. Such a good spot for a family!

It was a bit older and could use some upgrades, but overall we had a wonderful stay.

The room was very spacious. Big bed and bathtub. Nice swimming pool and the staff were friendly. Chris the receptionist was super helpful. It’s very easy to take a crab car in Hanoi, the hotel is a 7 min ride from old quarter

Location was great, the room was big and clean.

I stayed at this property for five days. The housekeeping staff was very humble and they cleaned the room very good. At last day I met a guy named Chris. He help us book the cab. He was very polite and very hospitable. Just like a professional he just went an extra mile to give all the services, thanks a lot to Chris.

The pool was amazing and the rooms were really nice and clean with a huge bed! The staff were fantastic, everyone was so helpful! Was an amazing few nights for our first ever international trip

Very friendly staff, great size room with a comfortable bed. The pool area was nice and the location was fantastic.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. It had a relaxing, comfortable vibe that made it feel like a true retreat after a day out and was incredibly quiet. The location was perfect too—just far enough from the busiest areas to be peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. I felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood, even in the evenings. A special mention to Chris from the staff—he was absolutely fantastic, incredibly friendly, and went out of his way to be helpful throughout our stay. Thanks again for everything Chris!

If I had to pick something it would only be that there was no lunch or dinners available.

We come here once a month. The best hotel in the area. Super comfy, spacious rooms, wonderful staff. Our fav place in Hanoi.

It’s located approximately 5.3 km away from the action of the old quarter ,but again no issues as you download the grab app and makes life easy

Wow - Steer Clear Cannot give 0 Stars but should have. 1. Rooms stink2. Fridge looks like second hand and well used3. Used soap on bathroom4. Smallest shampoo and conditioner for 3 people ever 5. Gym is a hazard and rubbish6. Pool is poor7. Shower heads were facing outwards why?? Put in shower went all over toilet , toilet paper my belongings both rooms - kids did the same.8: worst breakfast ever never seen so poor. If gluten free eat cardboard.9. Coffee is instant 10. No Milk11. Could not use eftpis to pay12. Needs to be demolished and long way from town.13. Photos and reviews are a scam.

Spacious, comfortable, great gym. Easy to get a taxi into Hanoi historical city

The room had many insects crawling around the kitchen area.

Staff where more than 10 out of 10Room was big and the room and in general all was very quite. No banging doors. No real street noise as the hotel is set back a bit. Lots of small bars etc very close. Pool was fine. Not hidden behind buildings so lots of sun. Gym was better than most hotel gyms too. All in all . Great. Many thanks to the staff
