Eco Luxury Hotel Hanoi

Nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will surely recommend to friends and relatives who will visit Hanoi.

The property is located in old quarter so is close (walking distance)to most major attractions. The front staff is wonderful - they are very well informed about tours, food recommendations and any questions you may have. They speak wonderful English so check in and out is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was great and for the most part the room was clean.

We stayed on the 6th and it was noisy in the morning (there was a lot of yelling from the 7th floor)… While the room was « tidy », we were not actually sure if the room was cleaned, the bed could have been slept in and there was a used towel felt in the bathroom.

very good hotel, The staff is very friendly, especially it is very close to the walking street. Convenient for enjoying food and shopping.

The rooms are not like advertised. We had two different rooms in our stay and neither of the rooms looked like the images

Excellent location - close to food, coffee shops and sites to see. The room was quiet and clean. My wife loved the bathtub.

Lovely hotel with really kind friendly staff. They upgraded our room for free on arrival. The room and bathroom were lovely. Large comfortable bed. No complaints at all.

The photos advertised are from a few years back, the place could use a deep clean and some renovations.

Close to Train Street (5mins) and walkable to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter area (15mins). Put us all on same floor.

The location was great . 2 min walk to tram street .

Small indoor window . No safety on that window as we were high up and the room was so dark because of that .

We stayed here twice and both time it was amazing. The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport on lunar new year eve for a very reasonable price and allowed us to store luggage for the entire day at no extra cost.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is nice, near the Hoàn Kiếm lake and also the night market. Plenty of street foods and office booking all around. You can do everything by walking around.

The bedroom was ok, but there was a smell coming from the pipes into the bathroom which was uncomfortable.

we ended up, not staying because it looked more like a hostile than a hotel. The pictures to see on the website are not accurate.

The staff members are exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The hotel enjoys a convenient location and offers excellent value for money.

The only thing I missed was having coffee bags in the room. They provided tea, but not coffee.

The wifi didn’t work and we told reception but nothing changed. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and the room didn’t look like the pictures. It said that we would have a room with a bath but there was only a shower.

The best location to stay in HANOI !!ANNA in reception is very nice person and very kind and very helpful in everything!!I recommend this hotel to stay there you will find everything very easy and if you need something ANNA and her colleague will help you very well!!thank you very much!!

Location was fantastic and staff, particularly Anna, were very helpful.

The bar fridge didn't work, but to be fair, I didn't tell them until we were leaving.

Kinda staff, the man at reception helped us upon arrival when I realized I had made an error in our dates. Rooms are big and had coffee and tea. Water refill in lobby.

The linens and towels smelled like smoke (not like old cigarettes but more like campfire scent). Very strange and we stayed in two different rooms and experienced it in both.
