Good for the price

Not much to be honest. Not horrible, just not good.

Money was taken out of my credit card although it clearly stated that I can pay upon arrival in cash. Staff was generally nice but not very focused on solving our issues or going out of its way when we asked for local attractions, had to figure out things ourselves. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Rooms are dated. No hot water in the morning. Too expensive for what it offers.

Good location; reception on duty during daytime is very good. They can speak and understand english

The junior suite we got at second floor was small. I was disappointed with this; it doesn’t even have coffee table and chair or sofa or any furniture you can chill other than the bed.

The location was very central but the staff were average and we went early in the morning hence it was not very welcoming at that time

Location in the Old Quarter is quite convenient.Breakfast is quite good and has variety. There is a lift to the rooms

The place is a bit tired.Towels are tired, corridor carpet is tired.

The location was a few blocks walk to the weekend night market. The breakfast was also decent, simple yet delicious

Early check ins have additional fees. No convenience store nearby, only pharmacy.

the location of the hotel is the best - close to literally all the top spots in Hanoi.

in the room - cleaning could be better, attention to detail is needed especially in the shower.

Staff were very helpful. Always smiling. They know the city, and gave a lot of tips and suggestions on how and where to travel.

The staff was really nice! Although the hotel feels a bit dated, the room I got was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy. The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was spacious. It is in the heart of the old quarter, worth it if you want a stopover for a night or two as it is convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

My room only had one little window that gave on the adjacent wall. I only stayed 1 night and left early the next morning so it didn't bother me, but it might be disappointing if you plan on staying longer.It is a bit outdated compared to the pictures.

Excellent location, 30s from Night Market and about 2mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were simply Awesome, very friendly, funny and helpful. Kudos to Lily and team for making our stay pleasant.

The location was good. Room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable.

Where to start. First, they renamed the hotel and were renovating, but did not bother to inform us about that. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and could not find the hotel, coz the facade does not match the photos anymore. We specifically booked this hotel, because it included breakfast, which was a convenience we needed due to tour schedules and etc. When we got there, they told us they don't serve breakfast and that it wasn't updated on booking. This is also something they failed to inform us about before arrival. They offered us 10% off the room rate to compensate, which we quickly realized the amount would not even buy 1 person a full breakfast (there were 3 of us). After a whole lot of argument and insisting, they reimbursed us for the breakfast we had to buy ourselves after the first night. They offered to buy ys breakfast the next day, which was a nice gesture, but my friend who was vegetarian juts got some bread. They should communicate all this better with their customers to avoid further disappointment.

Amazing value for money, perfect location, clean big room with comfy bed, above and beyond service! They helped me with everything from booking taxis to tours to sending me my jacket when I left the city without it! Highly recommend
