I liked the convenience of the area that we were in. There was always a grab nearby to get to other parts of the city and the staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

I wish that there was hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to go buy our own handsoap

Rosegarden Residences have exceptional staff, managing modern and very comfortable apartments. The location is away from the very centre of Hanoi, but that provides a level of comfort and quietness - with only a short taxi ride to get to the centre of town. The facilities are superb, with seperate saunas for men and women, and a very relaxing and clean outdoor swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any details of your stay. I highly recommend Rosegarden as a place to stay for families, holiday makers and business travellers.

Stayed just a night for my business trip. The apartment was clean, staff is ok. But it's not worth of money.

The place was great for family stay. We love that the housekeepers come and clean things everyday, and they are super friendly. They also have a pool, which we didn't use but it can be great for the summer, and a small play corner for the kids.

We would like to add an extra bed in one room (and willing to pay extra for that), but it was not possible. It was not mentioned clearly in the post.

Spaceous, has gym, pool, and sauna.

It's in the middle of the city and close to everything, so it's convenient for families to stay in peace, and I like that the rooms are clean

We had a very nice stay. The location suited us perfectly, the check in was friendly and professional. The apartment was spacious, light, and clean with a very nice view. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

The kitchen is not supplied with dish towels, sponges, or dish soap. So, it meant a trip to the store to buy these products. I understand that most people won't want to prepare their own food in Hanoi, but would recommend offering these items for sale in the lobby.

Rooms were very spacious and airy, well appointed and clean. Housekeeping was prompt and provisions replenished. All requests were attended to promptly and the staff were helpful and courteous. There are a few pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance.

There were no supermarkets or groceries within walking distance. The immediate surroundings and road were a bit shabby looking.

Very large apartment with everything we needed. location was central, 15-20 mins to old quarter. close to supermarket and restaurants.Pool was pretty good with a playground for the little one

Staff were rather lacklustre

Comfortable apartment with excellent swimming pool (large, clean, towels available and showers onsite). Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice common area with small library and playground. Daily cleaning of the apartment.

Our kitchen was fine but somewhat scarcely equipped (no scissors, vegetable peeler, sponge).

The property was very spacious and comfortable. Three large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Close to public transport and the staff were helpful and friendly.

It’s not to central to the tourist area of Hanoi but only a short taxi ride away.

Excellent accommodation. Perfect for a family, all facilities available swimming pool super, kitchen, washing machine if needed kept spotlessly clean.

Good hotel for family, very warm, which is important for Hanoi in January. It’s great that the coffee shop is 15 meters from the entrance to the hotel, and is open from 6.30 to 22.00

I made a reservation at 01.15, wrote to WhatsApp, Booking and Zalo, but they didn’t answer me until the morning.... Upon arrival at the hotel, the taxi driver woke up the hotel administrator. If you have a 24-hour reception, then why does your staff sleep and not respond to guests??

i don't like the shampoo, no bubbles and after washing hair also feels oily.

The staff were superb. Very helpful and attentive. The pool was great.

The place needs to be updated. For what you charged is not what you get. It's very old and needs to be brought into the 21st Century. The kitchens are very shabby and need desperately to be updated. I paid $3400 , for two Appartments for two weeks, which was a rip off.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast

WiFi router was not working the whole time except right before the check out.The coffee maker was not working the whole time except right before the checkout.I had to call reception 3-4 times to resolve these issues.

Rooms were comfortable and large. We were on 15th floor. Great views. Most staff friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day! Pool nice. Two bathrooms. Great for a family with teens.

Breakfast not awesome. Was okay, but could have been better with just a little more effort. Suggestion: larger coffee cups and top ups to fruit when run out. Having said that, the Pho was delicious.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The beds are large. Our view was incredible. We are travelling with a young teen, lots of room for them too. Pool was great. Gym looks good, although didn't have the chance to use. Room consistently cleaned and towels changed daily. The room also had a washing machine which was very handy.

The location is good, but you need to be prepared to walk / taxi to most places - More a local area than touristy. This wasn't a problem for us, if fact we loved it, but may be for others. I do also think a clothes horse / hanger would have been useful after doing a wash.
