- It seems like a review has been left on my behalf??? I did not write a review and just got a message from booking.com saying thanks for my review. Somehow a comment has been left on my behalf? We had a decent stay, the room is good, the photos make it look better however. Some staff were lovely but not the person who does the night shift who did not make us feel welcome at all. I would not normally leave reviews unless I'm very happy with a place, but since a review has been left for me I'm wanting to correct that. I see in other guests comments this had been done in the past too.
- The rooms were quite small and squished-I think the pictures on the booking site could use updating.
- My Wife and I turned to hotel after 11hr flight and just wanted a shower and crash for the night. On entering our room we found it was nothing like we viewed online when booking - it was dirty & run down, we notice mould on the sheets and the room smelt pretty bad. When I turned the shower on the shower head blew off and water shot out the side of the rail and water went every where. Told reception and they couldn't do anything until the next day . Upset by the situation & disgusted on condition of the room we left and went and stayed elsewhere. They still charged us for a night's stay :-(

Nice room. An elevator to the upper floors. Good climate control. Firm but comfy bed. Curtains blocked the light. Strong shower. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ample.
My balcony overlooked the hospital across the street and the ambulance sirens were constant. NOT the hotels fault. But couldn’t open the doors due to the noise Steep stairs to get to the hotel lobby. If I had a backpack - it would have been easy. Staff was VERY helpful with my luggage
