room is wide and clean.

Breakfast is not good. selection is too little.

The hotel, as the name would suggest, should be located on a river, unfortunately, it is not a river, but a stinking sewage. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The offer included an option of early check-in, but there was no information that it was additionally payable, the restaurant staff seemed to be there as a punishment, the breakfasts were terrible, not tasty, not fresh, the same goes for the juice, coffee only with milk, and curdled milk at that. The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower was broken, the bathtub was very slippery. The worst hotel we had in Vietnam.

The door man was exceptional, always helpful and very lovely. The room was really great. The front desk staff were nice for the most part. Breakfast was good but closed early.

The location wasn’t the best, BUT that did mean that it was a quieter street.

Bad service!

I was trouble to receptionists upon check in. When I reserved booking, I checked many times to make sure that this hotel provided VAT invoice before check out. They require me to surcharge more 8% VAT. I called to Customer Service team to advise them to help us this case. Booking.com was helpful to answer so fast. This hotel talked me that we should cancel my booking and book directly to hotel. I did not agree this situation and call Booking.com again to inform about this. Finally, they agreed to issue VAT invoice.

Size of room with bathtub, and balcony

Filthy carpet that had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. Window in bathroom had a broken seal to outside letting in construction noise from work on river.

There were problems with our room but they were resolved and the staff was really helpful.

Rooms were ok but not fully sound proof, can listen next door noises at night.Cleaning was ok.

They charge me twice on my card, upon informing also I haven't received any refunds yet.

Location difficult for taxi

Very nice hotel，nice reception service，location is near to the shopping mall and 36 street??

The place is just great, clean modern and comfy, worth the money for sure.

Bathroom got jacuzzi, room was spacious, nice city view

Location is a bit far from tourist attractions but I don't mind since I'm staying there just to relax since it is my last day in hanoi

Location is a little far from center

Lovely hotel, very clean, heating for winter and air con for summer, tea and coffee, comfy bed, secure parking, friendly staff, hot shower, fast WiFi - perfect!

It is far away from the centre. But if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then it's a good option. The only other issue is that on booking.com it says there's the option of breakfast but they don't do breakfast at the hotel. And there's no options for close by restaurants. So, either order via Grab or get a taxi to a local cafe. The hotel otherwise is excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. Nice to have a bath, and shower was good power and temperature. Air con was good, room wasn't too noisy.

We booked here to use the washing machine advertised on booking.com and when I emailed the hotel to confirm they said I could use it. When I arrived staff knew nothing about a washing machine for us to use. In the welcome pack it said complimentary breakfast and restaurant open until 10pm each night, breakfast only available once and cost $3 each (a surprise at check-out) and restaurant was closed, may as well have stayed in the Old Quarter. Plastic covers under the sheets and sheets were like a hospital bed.

The location is far from the old city. To move from one place to other lot of traffic.

Staff were great! The room was verry large and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was the best part?

In the room there was a menu and a drinkcart but you couldn’t order from it. But the staff helped with getint coffee and food.

the sauna and steam room not working. looks like they haven’t got a while and won’t be fixed.

The boy at the reception was very kind, and also helped me to take my bus to Sa Pa the next day. Listen and very helpful. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, I recommend!!
