Bathroom looked into bedroom sode

Breakfast is okay and the location was good near the lake but i was expecting it was in the middle of Old Quarters and a busy street and plenty of stores nearby like our hotel before but hotel is near the lake and nice view for strolling early morning.

Could have been better if my kids experience the crowded old quarters ☺️but since it's new year i guess it's okay then.

Pay close attention to the room you book. We started in a double room with no view. From other bookings no view has been fine. In this case the room had a window but it faced a wall. It was clear no view just didn’t understand until we got there what that meant. We ended up upgrading to the nicest room at the hotel. Boy was there a distinct difference. Gorgeous room. Location in Old Quarter was perfect. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great variety of food both western and Asian style. The Staff were always friendly and very helpful.

It was walking distance to everything. It was safe and clean. Staff was helpful and not pushy. Loved it

Room was small but standard. Tables in breakfast buffet are lower. My husband who is standard size American could barely fit his knees under table

Everything was great. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast yummy, and the location convenient. The staff: Clark, Rachel, and Harvey were all courtious and helpful. My only regret is I can't remember everyone's name because they were all so kind to me. I will 100% stay again if I am back in Hanoi, I felt like I got an excellent deal for the price

Breakfast was ok but we didnt like the room. The hotel felt more like a 2 star hotel

We had a second booking in this hotel later during our trip around Vietnam and cancelled it because we felt the quality of the furniture in the room and in The bathroom was poor and old. It smelled as old and humid. There wasn't an appropriate plug next to the bed which we really needed.We found the photos in booking werent totally real and felt soffocated in the room. Also we didnt like the hotel area at nights, The streets were very dark and dirty.

Location, breakfast choices, and sfaff was awesome very friendly and helpful would definitely come back and recommend for sure.

The room was big and very clean, the bed was comfy and the location couldn't have been better!All of the staff were so friendly and very willing to help when needed. Will definitely be back.

The noise from the hallway outside the room (from other guests) - but this can easily be solved with a pair of ear plugs.

We had a fantastic stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Breakfast and location were good. Best presented egg coffee.

The bathroom was pokey and not practical. The door to the room was stiff and misaligned and would have to slam to shut properly, very loud.
