Everything at this hotel was really good but the absolutely AMAZING staff are the true highlight of a stay here. We had quite a few problems occur before and during our stay (personal and weather related) and the staff were the most friendly, accommodating team I have ever come across. They are the reason our stay in Hanoi went as well as it did.

This hotel is located in a central location tucked away from all the noise and crowd of Hanoi but just a couple of blocks away from it all.

Located across from the jewelry shops, so it’s convenient for currency exchange. Walking distance to all essential needs.

During rush hours, traffic in front of the hotel can get very busy and difficult to walk around

I've stayed here two times for several days this year. All of the staff are fantastic, especially the ones at the front desk and the bellman! They have a good breakfast and their beds are very comfortable. They have fresh flowers in the lobby and they can help you with sightseeing. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day of straightening the bed and cleaning the room.

Location and staffs attitudes

Overall it was okay. However, it was noisy a little while by people in next room. I suggest to clean the floor area in the shower room, especially in the corner and around, it should look better. The sink, shower head and toilet should be upgraded to make more comfortable as my own options.

The location is great, and the room is clean. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, it completely meets my expectations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Breakfasts were wonderful! Amenities great! Staff very friendly. No drawbacks at all.

The room was great, large bed, fruits upon arrival, coffee and tea in the room. Excellent and very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

I booked this hotel because of the gym but actually the gym is quite outdated and is very basic and some things don't work. Maintenance is needed for the gym equipment.

The breakfast was excellent, including choices for vegetarian guests like us. It included a hot breakfast, fruits, and hot beverages. The staff was eager to meet with personal needs at all times.

It was in a quiet location despite being in the old quarter. The staff were friendly and really helpful, even before check in they were communicating well. The airport drop off service was good too. The breakfast was yummy!

I wish there was white rice in the breakfast menu :)

Other than the staffs we didn’t like anything. It was nothing like we expected. Hotel has a 4 star rating but it looks old and run down. Rooms were small and old. We didn’t even want to shower from the toilet. Need to update the photos in booking.com as it looks really old.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is close to the Train street, and away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Across from the hotel, just a few steps, are gold shops with amazing rates for money exchange. Great Air Con in the room and lobby. Fair pricing for laundry which is neatly packaged and ready next day (or same day if you need). They helped us book travel to Ninh Binh as well.

The staff warned us about early morning Construction to properties adjacent. We were jet lagged and would wake up around 6-7 AM so it didn't bother us. But it would be at random increments throughout the day.

Great location near the old town railway. All the staff are amazing. Check-in was easy and the two checking girls receptionists were extremely helpful and the best service I’ve had in Vietnam in over 50 trips. Well done girls
