Sunline Central Hotel

The service was beyond spectacular. When our van was late to pick us up for our excursion (not affiliated with Sunline), the staff at Sunline were extremely helpful. They offered to call the company, ensuring that we would be picked up in a timely manner.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, room nice and clean. Good breakfast. they offer us early check in and late check out.. that the plus. Recommended it.

The staff was incredible! They offer 5 star service. They were very welcoming and nice. Immediately when we checked in, they sat down with us and explained their services. We were upgraded to a city view room with a balcony upon check in. They offered to take our baggage to the room and helped us arrange a car service to the airport. The room was clean and in a beautiful location right in the heart of the old quarter and there is a beautiful church and lake nearby. They also have a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the sunset. It is the highest roof around and you can see the entire city.

The rooms were a little outdated and small. But that is what you expect for such a low price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunline Central! The location is just perfect to go and explore old quarter, everything is super close. Most outstanding was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, whenever we had anything or needed an advice on where to go the staff was there and happy to share personal recommendations with us without just recalling all the touristy spots. Whenever we’ll come back to Hanoi, this will be our spot!

The TV could use an update, but since we weren’t there to watch TV we didn’t really mind.

Central location in old quarters, just a block off the lake. It was a narrow street but quiet and comfortable in the hotelLots to see and do and staff had very good recommendations. Emma helped us plan our cruise, transportation from the airport and was always available for any questions we might have.

Great convenient location in Old Quarter. Quiet to sleep. Breakfast included ! Staff, Miss Emma, so helpful in booking a cruise to LAN Ha Bay in advance of our stay. She was kind, attentive and allayed all worries I had. ???

Friendly staff, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.

Walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors they will wake you up.

The hotel is centrally located in the Old town District One close the lake and the church. Many places are at walking distance with plenty of restaurants, shops near by. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast had limited choices and the bathroom was a bit smelly.

Breakfast was ok, mediocre.

This hotel is perfect for exploring Hanoi with children. It is clean, well-maintained, and has a perfect staff always helping and there to accommodate all needs. Above all, it is located in an amazing quiet street that is right on the lake and 2 steps away from the old quarter (where it is not so clean and quiet). Outside, there are many cafes, restaurants, and stalls.

Everything. The hotel is located just in the centre of all attractions. Clean and modern hotel with exceptional staff who are always welcoming you with a smile.Hani is really great and made our stay wonderful that even made us say we wished every hotel had a Hani ?

The hotel is in relatively quiet corner in the bustle of Hanoi, easy to walk to and convenient. There is a nice selection for breakfast and the staff are friendly.

Gorgeous room with a lovely balcony. Very clean and nice shower products. Roof terrace a fantastic place to end the day with a cocktail. Breakfast buffet prolific options.

This hotel was well located and included a decent breakfast. We paid much more for this hotel than our second and we feel like the value wasn’t there. Prices are high for what your get but it’s a comfortable bed, nice balcony and tight room.

Location is vey good, specially for tourists. Breakfast is not special, but acceptable standard. Room was comfortable.

Bath tub instead of shower

Centrally located, very clean and quiet. Spacious and clean rooms, staff is extremely polite and helpful. They also speak good English. The manager was very helpful with checking us in and also rebooking the hotel for us for two more days. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, it was the best through our Vietnam travels. Breakfast is also delicious and has a good variety.

There was nothing we did not like, exceptional customer service and they go above and beyond so you are taken care of .
