JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi

When you walk into this hotel it feels luxurious. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The De'Longhi coffee maker makes wonderful coffee. I love the freestanding bathtub and generous sized shower. The heated loo seat and fancy bidet options were fun.

Some of the facilities such as the sauna were being remodelled and were unavailable. The buffet restaurant was hard to find. The gardens were limited and unimaginative.

It’s a big hotel, with gardens and a variety of restraunts. The wellness spa is nice too. Went there twice in 5 days

Location is the only downside as a tourist as alot of touristy stuff is around the old quarter area

The property is located far from the old quarter and the noise. The rooms on the executive floor are fantastic and the lounge is great. I was there for two stays in two weeks; over 9 days. I cannot say enough about how good the food is in the Marriott! Part of my trip was cancelled due to the historic flooding in Hoi An at the end of October. Lyn Do, a staff member in the lounge, was very generous with his time and expertise. He helped me make a new plan and make the most of my time in his country.

In low traffic it is a 30 minute cab ride and in high traffic it can be well over an hour. That said, I still loved it! I went into the old quarter often but craved the peace of this hotel at night!

I like the property and the friendliness of the staffs. They are super helpful and the property is clean and cozy. The breakfest were lovely. Location is great for business travel.

I wouldnt say i didnt like but more like an improvement. The friendliness of the staffs are bit robotic but i actually understand they are trying their best to help. The SPA experience can be improve a little bit. That is

Everything is great, but the breakfast is absolutely the best!

Excellent, impressive staff. The room is spacious. There are several activities to do and places to eat inside the hotel. The crib for my baby is spacious and comfy.

The bathroom sliding door was partially dysfunctional.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. Food was really good. Great sanctuary in the middle of Hanoi. Definitely would recommend!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Natalie, who assisted us during check-in and check-out. She was incredibly amazing, always wearing a smile and exemplifying what true hospitality should be. In all my travels, I’ve rarely encountered someone like her. Please ensure she is recognized and rewarded, as these qualities should not go unnoticed. They play a crucial role in employee motivation and retention.

Offering 1 free mocktail to me and my wife was not a subtle business tactic. I opted to stay at this hotel for a good time, to spend money so either offer 2 out of respect or simply charge as usual. Don’t be like other average hotels.

Everything was great, the employees very kind, breakfast very rich, hotel room amazing.

Wonderful hotel, staff intent at providing an excellent stay. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Breakast staff member Thu was wonderful; attentive and provided recommendations for our visit. Hotel went beyond and above our expectations.

All the staffs are exceptionally nice and helpful, very clean rooms and all round the hotel and wonderful breakfast.

The switch of the lights cannot be operate from single console.

The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet has decent options from different cuisines, and the lounge area is comfortable and cozy.

The hotel is quite far from the Hanoi city center and traffic is an issue around the hotel.

The property has everything you need . Is a fantastic hotel. The staff is incredible , the food , the spa, gym, pool. And I was in love with the fact they have their own garden for vegetables and herbal garden.

Modern and relatively new property. Very good facilities especially the common jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Gym was good too. The food was especially good in fact, the best I had at an Executive Lounge.

The bed is little softer than we prefer but ok.
