Pullman Hanoi Hotel

Won't be coming back- if this is rated at 5 star I would not like to stay in a 3 star hotel !!!!!

Hotel needs overhaul - bed was uncomfortable - USB charging point did not work

My room was perfect, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Buffet breakfast offered vast selection from different countries.

Feather pillows have no place anymore and are quite annoying. In saying that, there was a pillow menu which is great. The pool was nice.

The location is at the corner of streets, and drivers can find it easily. Breakfast is OK. The fitness and spa center are great, and the lobby very light.

Sometimes it seems that services are not communicating and thus they call us for the same thing.

Far from market , staff were impolite ,not much amenities in room , No much choices on food repeated menu and some leftover from a day before was being served next day at breakfast, room was old , housekeeping staff didn’t have even clean room properly , wen i asked for water bottle staff denied saying we only give 4 water bottles per day . water bottle was just only 390 ml .. we were traveling with kid, the blanket given from them for baby was old like hell and smelly .hygiene was a very big issue even slippers given by them was pre used ..

The hotel room was nice and confortable

Although we booked the room with early check-in, we still had to wait, and after complaining, they gave the room asap. We were 3 in the room, but the bathtub was only one. We had to ask several times to bring at least one more.

Hospitality was good, cleanliness was very good. Tasty food. Also included Indian dishes

Decent rooms with seating space & desk plus Great internet

There’s only 1 restaurant in the hotel, other than the lobby bar . It if you are a club member the executive lounge is excellent.

Nothing to like about the Pullman Hanoi - Save your money and stay somewhere else

Slow, staff don’t get back to you and ignore your requests, rooms are dirty, facilities are really old

Wonderful hotel and very friendly staff , especially Jerry at concierge.He helped us alot and made our trip memorable..thanks for all his help.

Room was musty. Basin tap was dripping whole day and night, floor traps in bathroom was broken. Floor trap behind toilet bowl was not repaired. Room lighting was too dark exacerbated by the dark color carpet giving a drabby feeling. Comb and shaver missing from vanity set.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is good size and kids friendly, pool is great, i love the buffet, a lot of choices and good prices, we stay for a week and have a very happy experience.

The breakfast, lobby and pool were nice.

The rooms and the hotel itself is very dated. The common areas are well maintained but the rooms look very tired, 30 years old and never updated. Guests smoke in the non-smoking floors and the rules are not enforced. Walls are thin and we heard noises at 2am. It is not family friendly and it’s very far away from anything. Nothing is walkable. It’s more for those travelling for work. It was far more expensive than Somerset Grand which was far bigger, closer to everything and more family friendly. The upside was that the breakfast was better than the Somerset. Other than that, it was very disappointing.

My stay at the Pullman was very pleasant. The hotel is near restaurants, coffee shops, Cat Linh Street Metro station, and the UOB Plaza office towers. It is a short drive to the Old Quarter and walkable to the One Pillar Pagoda. Local attractions include the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, the Hanoi Temple of Literature, and the Imperial Citadel. I also saw Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and the Hoa Lo Prison and tried many coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is about 25km from Noi Bai International Airport. The Pullman has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, and terrace. My spacious room had a fridge, kettle, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and other amenities you would expect from such a hotel. The WIFI was stable and good throughout the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good, offering an excellent range of Western and Asian choices. The lunch and dinner menu was good, too; I tried a couple of times. The hotel staff are wonderful and professional and were a credit to the place.

I found my bed very soft, but that was my only complaint.

Very nice property, but bit far from the main tourist activities. Concierge was amazing and very friendly they really helped out with organizing the tours.

Good location next to our office and staff is nice

Asking for high floor, got basically the lowest possible right next to the pool. Room is quite old, carpet seems old, small old TV, bathroom smells like a sewer. value for money is not impressive.

Staff and atmosphere very average. Not helpful at reception when asked about laundry, end the end concierge helped us. Of all the hotels we stayed during vietnam this was the worst as far as staff making us feel welcome. They all need to smile more and found this hotel snobby unwelcoming and expensive especially drinks when they charge a service fee for no service!!
