The staff are the best aspect of Our stay at this hotel. I like the quaint design of hotel lobby where the staff are there to greet you on arrival and see you off when you head out for day. The Manager and front desk staff were so kind

Very nice and clean room and bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Our room was on the fourth floor and was on a busy street. So all night long you could hear honking and motorbikes so it was hard to sleep. If you stay here I would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor or not one facing the main street.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm impressed by: - provide suggestions about good food around & help us to book the table - remind us about the Safest cab to Take. - help to adjust the time (price as well) of doing SPA to fit our schedule

Would be better, if the staff can speak better english. But we are able to understand just need a bit more patient.

Everything was OK except for the breakfast

We haven't had a breakfast this bad for a long time. Really poor breakfast, rude breakfast staff (unlike every other staff), one baby chair that's completely broken, the didn't even try to fix it. You need to pay extra for coffee from a machine. Can't highlight enough how bad it is

The staff spoke English well and were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Given that Hanoi is very noisy I requested a quiet room and was given one at the back and so completely quiet. The included breakfast is a magnificent self-service buffet along with a selection of cooked items on request.I was on a day trip when I needed to check out, but they allowed me to use the spa shower to freshen up after I got back and before going to the airport. My luggage was stored safely.The central location means it is easy walking distance to places such as railway street and the Water Puppet theatre, and there is a huge variety of street food available. The room service menu is very good.

Beautifully designed hotel, perfect location and outstanding nice and helpful staff, from reception to housekeeping to dining room - all so kind, friendly and helpful.Truly smiling and welcoming you wholeheartedly…!!!No doubt it’s the best place to stay in Hanoi.

The welcome from the Staff when we arrived very late at night. The daily breakfast was superb with very attentive Staff.The Hotel is situated in the middle of the óld quarter'of Hanoi within easy reach of local eateries, interesting shops and tourist attractions.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Our stay at O’Gallery Premier in Hanoi was wonderful. The team there did a terrific job of making us comfortable and well informed. Particular mentions of Tracy at reception, Lukas at the Tour Desk and Anna at the restaurant who made our stay so enjoyable!

Tiny rooms, problems with hot/cold water and very poorly sound insulated. We could hear eeeeverything out in the hallway, hard to sleep because of the noise

The staff and service were phenomenal. We booked an internal room not knowing how street noise would be, but we were pleasantly surprised that it had a window that allowed light in. The room was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. We tried the spa, a must. I highly recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent location with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. We received excellent service from the restaurant manager, Anna. There were two minor issues we had uring our stay: the Wifi didn't work the first two days and it's very hard to adjust the shower water temperature.

Expensive room with no window

I stayed in this hotel for two periods of time. There were no windows for light in the two assigned rooms. As long as the window is facing the patio, I basically don't know the weather outside!If you are not used to it, you can't drop the used toilet paper into the toilet.

Rooms are small but not uncomfortably so.Honestly, it was perfect Walls aren’t sound proof but there was little loud noise from other hotel guests passing by the hallways.

Very comfortable bed, very attentive personnel and great breakfast. They are very clear about availability or not of views from the room when booking.

We arrived around 21:30 and room service was already closed. Might be good idea to extend it a little bit.

This hotel is an absolute gem nestled in the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter Hanoi. We arrived around 8.30am and naturally our room was not ready. We decided to take a walk around the neighbourhood to get our bearings. Within 5 minutes we were sitting at a coffee shop on train street with the next train due in seconds. It was so convenient to walk everywhere. We selected the Royal Terrace Suite. The room was beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed. We loved the hotel so much we decided to stay an extra night. Unfortunately the terrace suite was not available but we were offered the Royal balcony suite. The room was HUGE. I think we may choose option the next time we stay. The main stars of this hotel are the staff. Every single staff member has a welcoming smile and all are eager to help. Bora helped organise a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us and had our luggage moved to our new room for our return. The cost of the day trip was probably a fraction more expensive than if I used a travel agent but if you want convenience and trustworthiness I recommend you definitely book your excursions through the hotel. Breakfast was excellent too. Buffet and eggs al a carte. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and efficient staff.

Shower over the bath isn't as the bath feels a little flimsy ( but isn't )

Excellent location for sights shopping and all, lovely big room and great choice for breakfast, great massage and reasonably priced, staff very helpful arranging taxi to go to a from airport and good communication, also gave early check in to our friends, I arrived the day before Stayed 3 times in three years

Could perhaps do with a bar to have gin etc after a busy day.

Super location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Best coffee of our trip !
