Vista Hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great location—close to everything.

Breakfast was really limited. We arrived with plenty of time but there was almost no food left except for 2 eggs and some fruit. Bathroom had no separate shower or curtains so the entire bathroom got wet when showering.

Large and clean room, looked like on the pictures. When we arrived they told us they are fully booked with standard room so they gave us free upgrade to a larger room.

This is turns to be a great location for exploring Hanoi. It is a short walk from the buzzing old quarter, yet the neighbourhood is quiet and charming in its own way. With not so many tourists on the streets, it was comforting to go back to the hotel after the day out exploring Hanoi. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, food stalls etc. The hotel rooms were small but clean and beds very comfortable, it is a great value for money. The staff was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions and shared the tips.

The hotel was nice, great location. We left early, around 5:30am to go to Ninh Binh, and they kindly offered and packed us a breakfast to take with us. The room was nice and clean but our bathroom door would not close all the way ?.

the stay was only one night but the hotel is very clean and the service is very nice.

Quieter location just a little way from the chaos of the old quarter, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.Clean and modern room with super comfortable beds.Decent breakfast upstairs on the 10th floor.

Nothing wrong with the hotel; a cockerel was kept in a small cage on a balcony opposite, so the morning alarm was early!

The staff was very helpful, the room was really clean. We enjoyed the breakfasts a lot. From pho, noodles, vegetables, to fruits and toasts. Home made and really tasty.

Our window in room 302 couldn't be closed, there was one huge gap. On our first night it was very loud outside and we could fall asleep. But it was just one night, it was quiet the other days

The room was amazing! Beds are comfortable, and amenities are incredible. The staff at this hotel are very attentive to your needs and willing to help with anything. The breakfast is terrific. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without question!

Easy access to everything, and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Hanoi.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staffs. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet exceeded our standards! All the staff made sure we are fully taken care of. Next time, this is where we’re staying at again!

From the second we arrived, we were greeted by attentive and friendly staff and refreshments. The service throughout our four day stay was second to none.The hotel was situated in a great location, which meant we could walk to many places.

My recent stay at Hanoi Vista was an amazing experience. The hotel was modern, classy, well built and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect location - right in the heart of the city.
