Breakfast may need some western editions

Excellent hospitality provided by the staff. Central location with respect to tourist activities.

The shower hot water system was difficult to adjust to get to the right temperature quickly.

The breakfast had many options (western and asian), and was swerved until 10am (great for those of us who needed to sleep in a bit). The staff are INCREDIBLY helpful, especially Kate, who helped me book day trips and other experiences.

I was awoken a few times by other guests’ doors closing, which seemed to rattle my door.

Lucie was very helpful and friendly. Good location, great room and good breakfast.

All the staff, specifically Hanna and Kate were accommodating and friendly. They were helpful in taking care of our needs and making sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable.

Not as many close by shops or restaurants next door however everything was within walking distance. Rooms didn’t have much of a view but we only needed the hotel for a place to sleep and shower.

Hotel Staff led by Ms. Kate were great! The team members were always ready for help and assists us in arranging very goods tours, booking in restaurants and transportation. Housekeeping always made sure that rooms were cleaned everyday. Room size is spacious. Location is great as it is just a block away from the Old Quarter and very short walk to the lake.

Great location right in the old quarter, rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was very good as well. The staff are super friendly and also very helpful in organizing day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. 100% recommend this place.

Breakfast needs a little bit more variety , both in cold and hot items, no options for hot chocolate, and bread assortments. more of vietnamese menu rather than international like baked beans, mashed potatooes, etc lacking. no window view from the room, more like a blocked place

The hotel is near old quarter street, convenient for us to explore the town, facilities and amenities very good and seems new. Also hotel’s staffs are proactively assist their guests with warm heart and genuine.Thank you so much for your caring.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the staff are welcoming and helpful, the facilities of the room is nice! Hotel is in the center not in the noisy area! I will book here again!

Good location, staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is good, staff let us stay for long hours after checkout to wait for our bus to sapa

The staff was exceptional. They were very attentive to our needs. Kate was especially helpful. We had a few extenuating circumstances arise and she went above and beyond to help us work through our issues. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
