Hanoi Graceful Hotel

All the staff were kind and familylike. Also, it was convenient to travel because it was close to the Hanoi center.

The hotel room was smaller than I thought, and it was because of the structure of Hanoi building, but it was a little stuffy because there were no windows.

Nice room, nice staff

Although in Old Quarter (great location) it is on a busy side area that is hard to navigate. We stayed at another old quarter hotel as well and much better location when it comes to walking and navigating

the style of the hotel was lovely,The lift to our room was a bonus.The breakfast choices were nice although sometimes cold, i suggest the omelet or soup. The location of the hotel was excellent and the outside noise was minimal.

the coffee at breakfast was not nice and the amount of noise in the hallway was disturbing when trying to sleep

A lovely stay at this hotel. Miss Ha and Jeremy and all the team were so welcoming and they really care about their guests. The rooms were spotlessly clean and a great size and the location was very central in the old town. We booked executive rooms which were very nice the shower was excellent and we had a balcony to sit and watch the world go by. This is a charming hotel and great value for money we will definitely stay here again thank you to all the staff at Hanoi Graceful for a wonderful stay.

The most helpful staff ever! Excellent location in the heart of the old quarter but still on a very silent street. This hotel was the perfect choice for us. The room was cleaned every day.

We stayed for some nights at Hanoi Graceful Hotel in December 2022. The selection of hotels in Hanoi is vast, in all price ranges, so it's hard to choose. We didn't regret our choice for a minute.The hotel is very centrally located and has charmingly decorated rooms. What stands out though, is the staff. So helpful and kind in all respects. Especially Ha, the manager, who assisted us with so many things - thank you!We were very lucky to receive an upgrade and had a lovely, spacious family room with 2 beds. The breakfast is buffet-style but with the possibility of ordering pho and eggs also.We highly recommend Hanoi Graceful Hotel and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hanoi.

Our room was lovely, we had the honeymoon suite on the 8th floor. It was clean, looked just like the pictures and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and good. My husband loved the noodle soup every day. The staff were so kind and helpful in making recommendations. Location was great. We felt like we were right in the heart of the Old Quarter. We walked everywhere.At night, we didn’t hear the street noise, it was quiet.

Although not a five star hotel, the staff (especially Ha ) and location are exceptional.

The breakfast, although more than satisfactory, did not have the variety we experienced during our stay a few years back.

We had the room on the 6th floor and had an amazing time at Gracefull hotel. Very good (big) beds, clean, spacious bathroom, plenty of room for our 20month year old toddler to walk and play around. Amd most importantly, miss Ha help made our trip memorable. She was fantastic with our kid and helped us with child friendly transportation, cruises and accommodation. all the way to Hue we stayed in touch by whatsapp and she was helping us as a personal travel manager. Truly amazing! When were ever back in Hanoi, w'll be back at Gracefull hotel.

I like the Indochina style deco of the hotel. Hotel is in a good location walking distance to shops and food. Breakfast is very good. Hotel staffs are very helpful indeed. A special shout out to Ms. Ha who really took care of us. Her hospitality shown was way above our expectations.

Nice, friendly host. Helped with transfers and anything we needed. Quiet rooms. Comfy beds, good shower.

The room is much older than in the picture. As in the picture the room looks wide but it’s actually very tiny and narrow. The room is not very clean and quite noisy due to it’s near the old quarter street.

We stayed for 2 nights only for a lay over. We left 6:30 am on the first night and 5:30 am on the second stay when staff was still asleep. We did not have breakfast on both as we left before breakfast time.

I rate the staff service 5/5 as they were accomodating and courteous despite the limited English. The room is clean and comfy but the hotel reception and dining are too small and narrow. It does not meet the " hotel" expectation. On arrival on the first night, the hotel was a complete chaos as they had several check outs? The used linens were lying on the fire escape stairs. It was really a mess ! Good thing that on our second night's stay, the narrow corridors and stairs were tidied.

Room was clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Linen was nice and fresh. Staff are very polite and went out of their way to accommodate our requests regarding laundry and vegetarian breakfast options, storing our luggage, and renting a room for a few hours upon our return to Hanoi via overnight train from Lao Cai. Upon request, the lovely lady in the kitchen whipped up some of the best banana pancakes in SEA! This seems to be a family-run business and is a decent option for the Old Quarter if you're looking for somewhere with a bit of charm.

My room was really nice, I liked the decoration - just unfortunately the window was against the nearby wall, so I didn't have any view. But for the price I think it is a good compromise.
