The hospitality extended by the staff and the breakfast!

The staff ( Jasmine and Ming) are very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is great and the hotel is in the Old Quarter but on a quieter lane way so it’s quiet at night and not quite so chaotic

The loveliest host, Jasmine, was gracious and took wonderful care of us. I was recovering from a scooter accident and she provided all kinds of help. Really enjoyed the room which had an en suite living room, the community breakfast dining room, and the central location in Ancient Town HaNoi. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean facilities. quiet, comfortable beds, staff offered tours.

Sink was very slow to drain but the front desk apologized and fixed it immediately

Location was great. Staff are super nice and accommodating. Room cleaning everyday which was appreciated and they had laundry service that you can pay for which is also nice.

Building is a little bit older, but I think would have more potential if just more well maintained!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Golden Art Hotel. Though not particularly fancy, the my room was clean and very comfortable, and the AC worked well. Staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was also amazing with many options made to order. I thought this hotel was an excellent value and I would love to stay there again if I find myself in Hanoi.

The staff AWESOME!!! So much hospitality so much making you fell like home and being in the same vibe as you! Exceptional this hotel! Will book again if we come back to Hanoi!

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Art hotel so much! Rooms were wonderful, nicely decorated, very cosy and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing, so delicious. Staff were so wonderful and very helpful with every detail that we asked them. Location was perfect, near everything! Such a wonderful stay, we were so happy!

Situated in the Old Quarter, the location was perfect. The room was clean and cozy, very comfortable. Check in and check out was easy, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, the street is small and quite . The staff is very kind and helpfull. The room was of good size and calm . The shower and bathroom were good. Actually the hot water was to hot , may be it needs to be tuned . WIFI was OK. Breakfast was plentyfull and of good quality and large choice.

Location was excellent for the old quarter in Hanoi. Staff were really nice, especially Jasmine (always happy, always keen to help and sorted out our taxis to the airport, making sure there weren’t any added costs)

Rooms were in need of some TLC. They were nice but a bit tired looking

The location is excellent, close to everything in the Old Quarter but hidden away down a relatively quiet street so was much quieter than many of the other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly. The room was a good size, comfy beds, clean and the bathroom was massive with a large walk-in shower. The breakfast was basic but tasty, in particular the pho. They looked after our luggage without any fuss when we went off to Ha Long Bay for a couple of days.

When we first arrived early in the morning we had to wait a while to find out where we could leave our luggage as the staff were on a shift change and dealing with breakfast, so we're left sitting there for 45 mins before being seen to. Also charged 150k dong for accidentally breaking a ceramic soap dispenser in the shower which slipped off the rather flimsy and unstable tin shelf. I can understand being asked to pay for something damaged intentionally or through carelessness but this seemed excessive for something caused by poor design (plus probably cost a fraction of that to replace in the shops down the road!).

Being picky, but the pillows were slightly hard.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had to adjust our plans at the last minute and the hotel staff were totally accommodating and understanding. They responded swiftly, curtiously and effectively to all of our requests.

I loved the hospitality, the location and the breakfast. The staff went over and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The hotel is in an incredible, lively location in the centre of The Old Quarter. There is so much choice just on its doorstep, and we were told that the street is the shortest in Hanoi. It was quiet at night which was great, and the rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. Jasmine also organised a wonderful tour to Nhinh Binh whilst we were there, and was a pleasure to get to know. As well as Minh, Simon and Hoa. The four of them made our stay really pleasant and it was a unique experience. The breakfast every morning was tasty too, and I thought the value for money was on point. Thank you for all.

The carpet on the stairway from 5th to 6th floor was very dirty and old. They really need replacing.
