Skylark Hotel & Spa Ha Noi

Nice staff. Location was good.

Too close to a busy street. The traffic was loud.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We received a free upgrade upon arrival and were very happy with the location - right in the heart of downtown Hanoi.

There was not enough lighting in the bathroom and main areas of the room. Although the bathtub was fairly clean, there were orange/brown stains in it and hairs on the floor that made the whole bathroom seem less clean/well-kept. Breakfast was sub-par.

I understand that there is limited space on the rooftop for a pool but it was not what I expected. Any more than 4 people would tax the limited resources. Unfortunately there was a construction crew working each day right outside my room. A bit noisy but at least they packed it in after dark.

Location is good, a short walk or Grab ride from the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was called "Superior". But this is apparently the worst of the rooms. It had no window. The staff were excellent and helped us to upgrade to a Deluxe room.Laundry was expensive.

We had a room with balcony. Balcony and room were very large, clean and comfotable. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central neighborhood for Hanoi sights with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Excellent steamhotspot restaurant (Ha ha Steem) two blocks away.

The terrace on the roof wasn’t open after breakfast and there was not enough seating around the small pool.

The shower door did not close completely, and the water went underneath the door, which made half of the bathroom floor wet.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Skylark Hotel. I can’t thank Long and Alva enough for making my stay so pleasant. Their warmth and professionalism truly set this hotel apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very helpful as we had a problem with our original booking and Skylark had availability which we booked 20 minutes before arriving and they were very accommodating. The staff were friendly.

The breakfast was fine but we’ve had nicer elsewhere in our trip.

The reception Alva and Thuy were absolutely outstanding by far the best I've encountered! They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major letdown. The room was old and lacked basic amenities, with many electrical outlets not working. The noise levels were unbearable, making it difficult to get any rest. While the bed was comfortable, it couldn't make up for the overall poor condition of the room. For the price, I expected much better quality and comfort.

The staff were amazing and are the hotels best asset. We organised our transfer (for a fixed fee) with them and they were very accomodating when our luggage failed to show up and we had to wait at the airport until it arrived on the next flight. The location was great and was great value for money.

There was a lot of construction and the noise continued well into the night. The breakfast was appreciated but was pretty average in quality.

The hotel was in an amazing location, we had 5 nights in Hanoi which was really fun. The staff were very helpful and shared some tips of places to see and local places to eat and food to try.

Our bathroom sliding door broke on the second night, my husband was stuck in the bathroom but the hotel did send a wonderful man to free him within minutes. We saw the funny side of it but I think my husband was relived to get out of the bathroom. They also had the door fixed within 30 minutes thank you for acting quickly.
