the front desk is an excellent problem solver, and can help book taxis, tours, and water puppet shows on request. She speaks reasonable English, and was a wonderful person to work with, both online and in person.

The location - it is within the old quarter itself so you can walk to most of the tourist attractions and also, the property is very well maintained.The hospitality - Ms. Alice is absolutely the best and her team took a really good care of us. They even arranged the local tours at good rates.

The rooms are a little bit small, but I think that's the case with almost all hotels in this area. They look the way it is shown in pictures though.

Hotel was located in the old quarter and was very near to all the good restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely book again if we go back to Hanoi

We're thrilled to have found this place, which not only offers effortless access to all the major attractions but also boasts incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, particularly Alice, who went above and beyond to arrange our transfers and accommodate several itinerary changes without any fuss. Thanks to her dedication, our trip unfolded seamlessly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The spa services downstairs were also a highlight, providing a rejuvenating experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly return if we visit Hanoi again.

Returning to this hotel was a great decision, and we enjoyed an even more wonderful stay than before. The hotel's commitment to safety gave us peace of mind, especially with three young children in tow. Its prime location made exploring local attractions a breeze, effortlessly ticking all our boxes.

The property is nice and no complaints. Their breakfast is really good. They had a great service and really appreciate their service and support. I could say it is top notch service. Special Tony is really supportive guy and he provided a very professional service. They were very trustworthy and helpful.

I stayed here for 4 nights over 3 stops in Hanoi.I loved everything about this hotel. It was very quiet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The location is very good. Near to main attraction by food, no need for taxi or bike. Although located in Old Quarter, but not in centre of Loyd’s and traffic. Rooms are very clean. Staff is great. Special thanks to Alice, who help to organize all our tours(Ninh Bin, Ha Long Bay, Perfume pagoda, city tour) beforehand (4 months before the stay) . She is very professional and caring to everyone. I think staff and location are the best in this hotel.

The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated the personal care. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Tracey for being so attentive and supportive throughout my stay.

The location was perfect. The staff were great so nice and friendly especially Tony on the desk who went beyond any expectations to help us. The rooms were good and comfortable I loved this place they even kept out bags while we went on the Halong Bay cruise.

The location and the staff - especially Betty! She is such a big asset to the company, super super welcoming and helpful. The staff overall was EXTREMELY accommodating and fair to me and my wife on the honeymoon. They set up everything special for us and even helped us when our tour got moved up one day. It was a little outdated and had some weird smell in the main hallway but the room itself was great bang for buck in the area.
