No good.

staff is not helpfull and price is not as showed on Booking. On Booking said: price included Tax and Fee, but hotel said no, price was not included and additional charge for Tax and Fee had to applied.

Room was perfect, lovely bathroom with a hot, powerful shower and all very clean! It was my boyfriend’s birthday while they were there and they even left him a little note, so sweet!! Location is a 5 min drive to the old quarter and on a nice quiet street. Thank you for a great stay!

Room quite large with big windows, clean, comfortable bed

Disappointed compared to the pictures on the website

Don’t trust the pictures ! This hotel is very old and the rooms are not pretty at all . Good just for 1 night to pass through the city .

its to far from old quarter, and check in is delay we check in around 3pm because the room still not available, and room has to noisy theres no sounds proof, there no bidet, water is not complimentary, after we check out we pay for 150,000 VND charge to water bottle for 2nights stay

Didn’t enjoy

Staff weren’t friendly, no toilet paper and also the beds were extremely hard. The shower leaked, and a fair way away from the city. Would not recommend.

We arrived at the B-hotel at 2:30. We immediately went to bed and we had to check out at 12 again. So this means we stayed half a night. At the check out we asked the girl if we could shower really quick before our flight in the evening because it was very hot outside. It was a 22 hour flight back home so she said that it was all good. At the time we came back to the hotel in the evening another girl behind the desk told us we had to pay 250.000 dong if we wanted to take a shower. This conversation we did through google translate because she spoke no English at all. We told her that the girl from the morning said it would be without a charge and we told her that we only stayed half a night, so we thought this wasn’t fair. There was no point in communicating with her at all. As we say in Dutch: ze mag me ballen likken

Rooms were very big and clean

Very noisy, the rooms were facing a big main street. It was hard to fall asleep

Very comfy beds, good facilities and helpful staff

The location says it’s close to the centre however if you want to go to main tourist sights such as train street, note coffee shop and out for dinner expect to get a taxi or grab every time

No shower screen so did get water everywhere when washing.
