The staff was superb; attentive, friendly, efficient and always helpful and nice.

The location is noisy… which is everywhere in the old quarter of Hanoi.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good aircon. Greqt breakfast. Welcoming, helpful and competent staff. We dealt mainly with Fiona and Kim but The kitchen staff was also very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spread of Vietnamese and western food choices. Eggs were made to order, and clean-up service was brisk and efficient. The beds and pillows were very comfy. However, what makes this hotel shine is the customer service. Staff went out of their way to ensure your visit was perfect, and since it was our first time in Vietnam, we had a lot of questions and tour requests, which were handled promptly and always with a smile.

If I could give more than a 10 I would. The staff are over the top great and did so much out of their way. The breakfast was fantastic and ordered the omelette because it's the best I've ever had. I felt sad leaving because they made me feel like family. Location was right in the heart of everything you would want to do. We walked everywhere.

Very little, they could use more help at breakfast to take orders but they are so friendly and remember you when they see you it was so small, I hate to mention it.

The service, staff, facilities, and cleanliness were exceptional. This was my 2nd visit to Hanoi and I am glad we chose this hotel. My friends and I (4 ladies) stayed in a Family Suite, which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, comfortable, and came with ample towels! The room, and the hotel in general, looks exactly like the pictures! Everyone on the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and when we got to the room the staff had decorated the room with balloons and other celebratory decorations. It was perfect. And, the breakfast was tasty with a nice spread of various types of breakfast items, including made to order pho. Thank you to the breakfast staff for the dessert and song the morning of my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel, and I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday. I look forward to my next stay!

The only thing I didn't like was the gym. There's no railing on the stairs, and all of the equipment is placed extremely close to each other. It's also a very high traffic area for both guests and employees.

The hotel staff was so nice and the room was very large and spacious They even upgraded us when we arrived. I would absolutely recommend people to stay here.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the famous train street, and easily walkable to the old town and all the market streets. Staying here was a very premium experience, beautiful attentive staff, and even doormen to greet you. The hotel is split over two buildings, so if some of the photos are confusing, this is why - there is a main reception and a secondary reception in the building next door. There is a gym on site which is well appointed, and the Spa is top quality and quite well priced for a hotel Spa.Honestly the staff, particular Martin and Ms Kim were some of the most kind and helpful we've ever experienced anywhere in the world. On our final day we were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout and return 8 hours later - where we were able to use the hotel shower rooms to freshen up before heading to the airport.

The sky bar was extremely quiet the whole time we were there, and not a single person in the restaurant either. If you're staying in the second building, you need to go to the top floor and walk up some stairs to enter the restaurant through a side door, as the bar and restaurant is in the original "primary" building. There is a outdoor space on the roof, but this was completely packed away (furniture all stacked up), for our entire stay, which was a little disappointing. The showers are fine, but it's difficult to adjust the temperature.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Hanoi! The staff were delightful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was delicious - lots of Vietnamese delicacies to taste (including jellyfish!). Also very accommodating for when we checked out as were catching the sleeper bus that night so had many hours to wait - they stored our luggage and provided showers for us to use just before catching the bus. Would return in a heartbeat!

More than what you see is what you get, nice hotel and wonderful people. This is the best hotel I stayed among the 3 I lived on Vietnam. Hats off to the Management for training your people to be this lovely and keep up the good work team. Thank you

I absolutely loved my stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa!! From the moment I arrived, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff stood out, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.The room was stunning and luxurious, and the hair salon was really nice for a hair wash. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options western and vietnamese.Loved the short walk to Train Street! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service in Hanoi.

Nothing - I loved everything about this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional and entertained us even though we checked in late at night. Our room was at a newly built building beside the actual boutique hotel but accessibility to the next building where the dining facility is, was convenient by taking a lift and crossing over to the next building. The food was relatively good. The hotel was situated in the heart of Hanoi City which was convenient to find restaurants and shopping malls. I would highly recommend others to book the Royal Suite for a great stay and the room was reasonably priced for the duration of the stay. We had paid airport shuttle service provided to the airport.

Amazing staff, comfort and location

A very luxurious, premium hotel. The staff are exceptionally professional yet friendly. Knowledgeable and generous, they guided us to good local places and foods.We took up the discounted spa treatment and had a much needed Vietnamese massage.Kim welcomed us and Luca saw us on our way. Both are wonderful staff.
