I like the location, and the Sandy’s team were a great help during my stay. Also they have a FULL gym and that was great for anyone looking to get a great workout.

We loved our stay here. Sandy and all the staff are so friendly. Location was very good, in the Old Quarter and near the lake, but not too busy or loud. Breakfast was excellent, very good selection of fresh fruit and veg with a beautiful panoramic view from the restaurant. I would highly recommend!

I chose this hotel firstly as we were being dropped off by the bus from Sapa at 10.30pm and it literally was 100mtrs away. Location great, not much after hours noise. Comfy huge bed.

I had issues with consistent hot water. The staff was really helpful & fixed it but it still didn’t stay hot for as long as I’d have liked but was better. (It was cold in January.) They offered to let me switch rooms but didn’t want to repack all over again.
