Location next to the train station

Was told breakfast is from 6:30-8:30. I skipped it to sleep n my room. At 9:40 my room phone rang. It was the front desk guy asking if I’d be coming down for breakfast. Huh?

It was a convenient location to the train station and not bad facility.

Lock was broken, place is kinda falling apart, it wasn’t completely clean tbh.

Hotel is next to Hanoi train station, it"s convenient if you r catching or arriving by train. 110-15 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter,good breakfast, only inconvenience is that it allows people to smoke in the lobby.

The location is literally right beside Hanoi Train Station which is excellent for my morning train ride and adjacent to restaurant, shops and banks. Its beautifullly kept old building add to its charm. Its also has elevatior which sometimes uncommon for hotel in Vietnam. Staffs speak relatively good English which ease communication. Great value for money and definately will book again for future trip to Hanoi.

Breakfast was OK but not replenished so that as we came down a bit later we found most of the offerings were gone.

There is some train noise but not too bothersome.

Was good.room ıs good but bıt small though the the ınformatıon staff saıd they put us ın a vıp room but ıts small.and what the prıze we book ın bookıng.com ıt change when we check ınn.

Place ıs good but a bıt far from the center. You need to take a grab always ın order to reach the center. But ıf you are good on walkıng ıts fıne…

We were asked more than a couple of times when we were going to checkout. Nothing necessarily wrong, but did feel like we were being rushed out the door.

The location is really good and the staff are accommodating.

I don't like the door of the bathroom. I hope they'll fix it.

We only stay for a few hours to wash up, before the night train to Sapa.Even though we arrive early, like 10am, hotel do now allow early check-in, unless you are willing to pay extra. We mentioned we will be checking out early, like same evening.. which i believe many do the same.. they have empty rooms, but unwilling to allow us early check in. I pen so that others will take into consideration. Otherwise, the hotel is really very near to the Railway station for the Sapa train. Can Grab easily from hotel.

It is located next to the station, so it is very convenient for train travel. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast, so I didn't feel any stress.

I stayed here the night before going south by train. The staff were very friendly when I checked in, but the next morning, when I wanted to eat breakfast and asked a female staff member where it was, she showed me to the breakfast area with an attitude of "follow me" and didn't smile at all. She pointed at the food and said only "You!" when she asked me something. When a female customer who seemed to be from Europe asked her something, she answered in English with a smile. It was obviously discriminatory. Furthermore, when I warned the male staff at the front desk about this, they didn't do anything, so I cut it short after one night and moved to another hotel, even though I had planned to stay two nights.

Very near to the train station. Only 1 minute walk. Also, very near to halal restaurant, less than 100m walk.

No proper cupboard but it does not really matter to me coz i just stay for half a day.

It was clean and comfortable, very close to the train station.

Location from railway station if you are in a transit mode

Poor bathrooms which are small and didn’t even have space for shower , damp smell , noisy air condition , breakfast with almost no options , rude staff behaviour who are only focused on money , no luggage rack ,

It was well located, very roomy, friendly staff and a great breakfast - the rooms were sound proof so staying close to the rail station was not a problem as we thought it might be.

We visited Sapa, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong via train. thus Mango Hotel is part of the Ha Noi train station. The coffee lounge at this hotel is open for passenger who wait for the train, as well as the restaurant next door open for lunch and dinner for train passenger. The room is quite with amber of space. the room has a dual unit heat/AC. Buffet breakfast has been upgrade compare to previous years stayed prior to Covid-19.

the hotel didn't have a ramp for wheel chair accessible or passenger with multiple suitcases

-The location was a WOW factor like you can go out the lobby and walk for 1 minute and you reached the station already :) perfect if you’re in a rush and hate the hassle of booking a taxi -the room was so beautiful !! It felt more like a lovely home studio rather than a hotel! Really comfortable and we even got a huge window with the street view ! The bed are the best !!! Everything is clean and works in perfect order !-there’s Netflix available in the room too! -IT HAS A BIDET OMG I AM SO HAPPY!

-the staff did not even smile and looks tired and look unbothered as if we were nuisance to her -the staff passed us the remote key for the door and did not even bother to explain how to use it (since it’s of a different model) : had to walk all the way back to the counter to ask how -the staff did not even offer to carry our luggages like isn’t that a common courtesy ? -the water from the heater was not so warm

Great location for the train station. Close to walk around and for parks, bars, and restaurants. Great staff. Ideal for early trips by train as it is next door - one reason this hotel was booked.

If you are a train spotter the room was ideal for you. No noise as trains are not common but the view over the tracks was not picturesque but why stay in your room when Hanoi is there to be explored?

The hotel is just beside the Hanoi Railway station. We had a 10pm train to Sapa. Had some rest before going to catch the train. The backdoor of the hotel leads to the train platform which is really convenient.

Location location location ,hot water, cable tv ,air con.

Been askedto pay vnd 200000 at reception for late check out,and no safe deposit box in the room as advertised.no western breakfast.my room needs redecorating to make up a aud $50 room.
