This is not 4* hotel. It's just 2 star with new room. No service at all. Very overpriced! Never come back

Quiet room down secluded alleyway, breakfast buffet & made to order food, pillows comfy. The day staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re just there to sleep, it’s okay.

“Hotel AND SPA”, there is nothing “spa” about this hotel! Beds are VERY firm (not comfortable at all). the view thru the ornate window is a cement wall 5 inches away (the photo on the website is misleading, see my photo). The photo of the hotel entrance is also very misleading, the hotel is hidden 100m down a stinky alleyway filled with motor bikes (see my photo). There’s 3 rooms/floor and all doors are next to the elevator and the stairs, so you heard everyone coming & going.

Location is really perfect. On a quiet enough backstreet but so close to all the action and amazing nearby food. The staff are extremely helpful and nice, and speak great English. Great recommendations for food and activities. Very comfortable room.

The bath/shower leaked so after my first shower, the floor was soaked. However we told staff this and while they were unable to move us due to the hotel being full, they were able to use their onsite engineer to fix the problem first thing the next morning. So it was dealt with quickly. Otherwise it would have been a faultless stay.

The hotel had a beautiful design and charming atmosphere. However, the most notable thing about the hotel was the staff who were always there to help with any questions. Especially Miss My Lee, who proactively took care of organising everything for us, so we could just relax and enjoy our holiday.

Nice clean hotel in Excellent location. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was generally the same every day but good.

Hotel is located in Old quarter. Easy to walk around and try local foods. Rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Staffs can speak English and they are helpful. Hotel allowed us to leaved luggages at the hotel while we went up north. Recommend this hotel.

Avoid or you will regret

Terrible location on a street with very bad smell, , the bath tube was leaking, the view was to two water deposits, breakfast with no variety and low quality, the receptionist takes picture of your booking reservation on your phone, hotel staff do not trust the guests

The staff was really nice and the hotel has a good location.

The hotel has two complexes, one is very old and the other one is renovated. We booked a twin room in the renovated complex. When we got there they told us they gave us an „upgrade“ because they overbooked the twin rooms. They gave us a room in the older complex which smelt like cigarettes and was completely dirty. We did not have any windows and there were ants all over the bathroom. The staff wanted us to cancel our booking on booking.com many times so that they wouldn’t have to give us a better room. After speaking to the manager we got a new room, which was ok and renovated but unfortunately still not what we booked. The room was pretty but we found some cockroaches under the sink… I can’t recommend staying here.

Whether it was arranging transportation or offering insights into the city’s hidden gems, Autumn’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and a cozy ambiance. The central location made it easy to explore Hanoi’s vibrant Old Quarter.Overall, my stay at Hotel La Beaute Boutique was delightful, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and look forward to returning in the future.

Bed was comfy. Aircon was good. Staff (i.e. Ms. Mylee) were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They packed our breakfast much earlier as we had an early morning bus to catch to Sapa. Staff also went the extra mile to decorate the room as I informed them I was celebrating my anniversary.

Water from the shower-bathtub was leaking out onto the bathroom floor somehow. Small matter though as everything else was good.

Located very centrally in the old quarter but also nice and quiet as up a small street/alley. Staff were exceptional, extremely helpful both before we arrived with arranging taxis and also during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Price was good.

Location and how friendly the staff were. Clara was exceptional, helping with all our needs and booking trips/taxis etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and if you need/want anything, Clara is the person to contact.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable, and a/c was awesome! Location is super convenient!Breakfast just needs a few more options. Fresh omlettes were delicious! pancakes from a packet, not so great.
