Sena Boutique Hotel

The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful, booked us tours and gave us city maps to help us navigate sites. traveling with my son and we were picked up on time at the airport and given a twin room. Food was great at breakfast.

Our twin room had no windows. Lobby and kitchen could have been cleaner, lots of dust. Dusty fan blowing on the breckfast food.

Great location, staff very friendly and a big room!

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff. They were so helpful. We are glad we returned there for a second visit.

Elevator till 6th only but there are rooms until 8th. We stayed at the 6th anyway.

Elevator is until 6th floor only but there are 7th and 8th floors. Would love to have taken the higher floors for the view but elevator is not available. Doors are difficult to lock via key but easy to lock from within.

The staff was very responsive and professional! Hanna and Dinh were always positive and helpful! We would highly recommend. ??

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Amy on the desk was so warm and welcoming and within minutes we were checked in, had new SIM cards and knew where we were dining that night. We are glad we are going back there to stay later this week.

Very accommodating and the room was spacious! Also accessible to Old Quarter’s food spots :) They were very helpful to us and very friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing!

Wifi was very poor. I was on the top floor, so perhaps not close enough to the router. Shower water didn't drain properly, but that was the contractors mistake (not the property).

The staffs are very friendly and very welcoming, but that can not be only criterion when one is on a family vacation to another part of the world and expecting something unique and decent. The location of the hotel is superb though. The breakfast is fine and the staffs who work there are very kind and sweet.

Almost everything starting from the very entrance! The room 806 on the top floor is better avoided. The pictures are deceptive. Nothing really works in this hotel. There is absolutely no reason for this hotel to get a 4 star rating by Booking.com. It need to be corrected. When we entered the room we found stained towels, not so clean room with terrible smell, no hot water in the taps and promised safe deposit box. When told at the reception a guy came and visit and solved the hot water problem somehow. After that it was fine in regard to the hot water. He then brings a tin box with a key an declared it a "safe deposit box", which you can literary carry in your hand (which he actually did!!!). Needless to say that we had to carry all our valuables including our passports and others with us throughout the trip afterwards. I do not doubt any integrity of any of the staffs in the establishment, but as tourist one has to be causes in a foreign land and unknown city and the hotel did not provide the environment of security. First impression matters always and as the days progress only problems after problems erupted. The Wi-Fi which was also promised never worked a bit. From the second day the toilet stopped working and for a full day we had to use only public toilets. It was essentially like a horror movie. Avoid this hotel and definitely the room 806.

This hotel is very central and closed to everything The staff are all amazing And David and Anna at the reception are the best of the best , they will do anything and everything for you to have a pleasant stay !Regis Alexandre

Breakfast was very good and the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well, they one I stayed in had an AC/heating unit that was adjustable and worked well.

The street outside is quite noisy but that is likely the case anywhere in the old quarter.

The facility was v good n we liked our stay.. which was a repeat visit. B fast is good. Special mention to Ms Hanna Le who was very helpful. Mr Dinh bell boy was also v helpful. We were a family of 4 n wouldn't mind revisiting the place

David from the reception, Ms. Amee from the dining area and the other staff absolutely stole our hearts! They're warmth and hospitality are unmatched. They made our stay in Vietnam extremely memorable. A huge thank you to the staff who are so gentle and sweet. The hotel too, is in a great location and has tidy rooms. Make sure to book all your one day tours from them too because we had a great experience with their reccommendations.

This was the last place we stayed on a 24-day trip to SE Asia, and by far this was the most expensive and

The place was run down, dirty, and way overpriced for what we got.

The staff David and Hannah were extremely helpful and nice to use. They made the stay very special. The location is fantastic. Very very close to most famous places at the heart of old town.
