Having restaurant on site is great and free breakfast was good and liked getting eggs to order, that's that best part of breakfast for me. Good selection of fruit, hot sides and meats as well.

the fridge didn't work, the basin in the bathroom wobbled and would have liked a chair for the desk instead of a stool with no back.

The staff were incredibly kind, specially jesica & senida and super helpful. When I asked to change rooms, they did it immediately. The location is also incredible, with very nice rooms.

I am very sensitive to noise, so if you are as well, make sure to not get balcony.

The staff are very welcoming and very helpful, nice breakfast, in the middle of the center.

It’s a bit old but not a big deal, it’s in the city center so you might find it noisy due to traffic.

The location and price was excellent with a really tasty breakfast! Jasmine and Rosie really looked after us, and told us all the local spots to check out. The staff were lovely and friendly and the beds really comfy! Would 100% return.

Highly recommend staying at the property AND using their travel booking services with Selin - I landed in Vietnam with no plans and the team at Eliana built me an amazing itinerary in an hour with kindness and professionalism. Selin checked in with me every step of the way and made my first trip to Vietnam special - the staff go above and beyond and are so lovely (especially compared to the many other properties I’ve stayed in on my trip!)

The rooms were very pretty. They were clean and all the facilities we needed were there. The location was amazing. Everything was within a few mins walk away so it was super convenient to get around. The highlight however, was the staff. There were two girls at the reception who were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and hospitable even before and after the trip. They arranged pick up transports, the Halong Bay tour (including private transport) and also direct drop off to the airport after the cruise. Even after checkout they coordinated everything and kept me updated throughout. Anytime I had a question or request (no matter what time of day), they got back to me almost immediately. Honestly, it was by far the best service I’ve ever received in any hotel or place. Even though Vietnamese people in general (especially in the hospitality segment) are extremely nice, the staff at Eliana went even above and beyond. I could go on and on about the service but I’ll stop here saying that they truly set the tone for the whole trip and set the service bar standard extremely high for me. I also just want to express my gratitude here for them and say thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore the nearby markets and cafes on foot. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat from the loud city outside.​What truly made our stay special was the staff; they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful with recommendations and logistics. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Eliana while visiting Hanoi. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from the main attractions and very good restaurants. The room is clean and breakfast is varied with different options (American + Vietnamese). What truly shone for me here is the hospitality from the staff. We were welcomed by Selin and she felt like a friend. From the moment we checked in, we were treated to tea and the yummiest butter cookies which was so refreshing. They even had our room ready before the check in and we didn’t really even have to ask. Later in the evening, when they realized I was feeling unwell, she asked if I would like some ginger tea and it was the kindest gesture! This has been such a big part of us loving Vietnam and I truly can’t wait to be back. They were ultra kind to let us keep our bags here even when we weren’t staying on another day and took care of it!They gave us recommendations for everything, food, shopping, groceries and also tips about bargaining. Will 100% stay here when in Hanoi, primarily because the staff is just so so great! Big big shoutout to Selin, she’s the one I interacted mostly with during our time there but truly everyone has been amazing! Thank you ♥️?

Clean, great location and friendly staff.

Great location and value for what you pay - there are nicer hotels in the old quarter but if you’re looking for a good balance between cost and quality, this place is great! You’re also very close to the lake without too much of that lake side traffic. The 24/7 staff are also very helpful and friendly. They helped us book a last minute tour to Ninh Binh and were great with recommendations of what to. They connected us with the best tour guide as well, and gave us a lovely discount. Laundry service was fine and pricing was fair, but if you’re worried about shrinkage make sure to make appropriate notes.

Street traffic noise in the morning was louder than expected in the room, but we did have a room that faced the street rather than an interior room. It was totally fine with earplugs though !

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Even helped with arranging transfers for us to Sapa

not that it was a big issue but could be for some travelers, the honking from the traffic outside can get to you especially at night.

The breakfast was mid. The balcony was not very accessible or usable.

The absolutely best thing about the hotel is the staff. They went above and beyond to do everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Their recommendations for businesses were so helpful. The property itself is a little tattered in some areas, but the service, food, cleanliness, linens, and comfort of the bed were exactly what we wanted in our old quarter hotel. Close to everything and right in the heart of the action. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Great location and very friendly staff

Had issues with the safe and they could not fix until the next day, found a bug but maybe that is normal for the area. They did get a taxi for us from airport but overcharged vs GRAB.
