Great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was lovely, good location, decent breakfast. In a neighborhood, off the main road, which added flavor to the experience.

The misrepresentation. There is NO spa. It's a decent enough hotel, but in reality, it's a 3* hotel masquerading as a 4*. The price, staff and location made the place worthwhile.I've noticed a real inflation in hotel ratings. After Hanoi, went to Bangkok and booked what was supposed to be a 5*. and it was,at best, a 4*, closer to a 3* than a 5*.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile. Check-in and general communication were smooth and easy. The only thing that could be improved was assistance with luggage—we carried our bags to the room ourselves. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but a bit of help would have been appreciated.

The hotel is right in the middle of Hanoi, so I could walk everywhere—Train Street, the night market, street food stalls, you name it. Super convenient and saves a lot on transportation. If you like exploring on foot, this place is perfect.

The room was comfortable and well-suited for what we needed. Since we spent most of our time exploring the city, the hotel mainly served as a place to rest at night, and it did the job perfectly. It was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep, which is exactly what you want after busy days in Hanoi.

One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s just a short walk to Beer Street, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife without needing transportation. Train Street is also nearby - we chose to take a cab, but it’s close enough to walk. With plenty of restaurants around, including familiar fast-food options and local eateries, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

The location is right in the heart of the city, so we could walk to many sights and cafés without needing a taxi. We had a small hiccup with our room at check-in, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. After that, everything went smoothly, and our entire stay felt easy and comfortable.

The room was cozy, quiet, and perfect to unwind in after a day of sightseeing. Everything felt well taken care of, and it made my trip to Hanoi feel even more relaxing.

Room is small and needs renovation. The fridge was not working.

They gave me tips on where to eat, what to avoid, and even helped me plan my next bus trip. Felt more like talking to fellow travelers than hotel employees. Their vibe made the stay way more enjoyable

I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless my room was during my stay. One thing I really appreciated was how many restaurants and cafés were just steps away—there were so many food choices, and everything I tried was delicious. It made exploring the neighborhood even more enjoyable.

Location is good

It's not 4 star hotel. It's comfortable. I booked it for four nights but in the end I stayed two nights. I decided to book another hotel
