Minasi Premium Hotel

Staff at the front desk, was especially helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. My hotel stay was a good value.

Very noisy, nothing like the pictures, facilities are old (toilet and bathroom), some furniture in the room were new but all the rest ??

Friendly and well-trained staff. Great view on Hanoi from higher floors. Located in a nice area that feels a bit more local and less crazy than Old Quarter.

The bathroom could be cleaner - particularly the tap could use a bit more care (but I see this quite a lot in Vietnam). Also you can see that the hotel is a bit worn out - walls in the restaurant need refreshing, tap and shower head could be updated to modern standards.

Super comfortable! Joyce was super helpful and great to help arrange all of our plans. Highly recommend! Good breakfast too.

We had a wonderful time at the Minasi hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely. We were checked in and welcomed by Joyce, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay, offering us recommendations for food and things to visit that were not so touristy. She even left us a lovely surprise note to wish us a good rest of our trip in Vietnam. Thank you Joyce, we are really grateful for your kindness and hospitality! :)

Everything was great from the beginning. From the way Joyce received us at the start till the very end. They were exceptionally sweet, kind and helpful. All of them, the receptionist, the bell boy, the restaurant manager and the final see off receptionist.

The cleanliness, food, comfort….everything

Ok for night before the flight. Would not take for longer stay, but for some purposes its ok.

Personnel rather friendly and speaking a decent English level. Breakfast has a large list of options. Nice location not faraway from airport.

Doors, knobs, water boiler very dirty. Bathroom old dated and questionable if correctly clean. I got surprised by knowing my room had NO WINDOW as i was getting the key. Photos in booking are misleading.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good selection of hot and cold breakfasts. Great location with a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Some great local eateries.

I really didn't like the price according to the facility, location was only good but they try to manipulate you by asking you to give them excellent rating by saying that we are upgrading your room with your current booked room, although the room is totally same.

The staff were very friendly and did many things to make our stay happy and comfortable. They assisted in booking tours and solving simple problems such as finding medical advice or shopping needs. The breakfast staff were always ready to give personal attention such as cooking a special omelette and the cleaning staff were helpful and flexible. There are very friendly street food and dr in Kos establishments adjacent and ATM only 100 away. There is also an excellent spa and massage service.

The breakfast had good choices for multicultural food but I think adding baked beans as a choice would be helpful accompaniment to eggs or omelettes.

The staff are nice and will assist you. Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay.

Location, location, location! Quenny & Magnus checked me in & even provided a complementary room upgrade. Quenny again greeted me with her warm sincere smile and gracious help the following morning & Joyce welcomed me back that evening as if I was an old family friend, giving me a complete description of the weekend’s special offerings/events). Operation Mgr Matt runs a clean facility with obliging staff. Without exception, Minasi Premium Hotel (I can’t speak to the hotels’ other lodgings) offered incredible hospitality and special personal touches that made me feel very welcome. Delicious buffet breakfast spread was included, where I could eat at my leisure while enjoying an incredible view. Room was simple and attractive and pillows/bed were very comfortable. Great hot water & water pressure. Every request/inquiry was promptly addressed, and if infectiously happy staff is an indicator of a hotel’s success, I would say Minasi is as good as it gets (I’m staying in another ‘fancier’ lodging tomorrow, but wish the group I’m meeting would instead consider Minasi Premium.)

Good location. Polite, helpful staff. Very protective of guests during Cyclone. Valuable suggestions re eating places, transport etc. Matt the manager was extremely helpful. Daisy was very proactive and kind.

Music and breakfast menus repeated day after day. Could do with some variation.

This is my second stay in Minasi premium hotel and it lives up to its premium name. The staff is exceptional providing amazing service and friendliness specifically Joyce. It’s located next to many local restaurants and coffee shops. Very good breakfast with fruits every morning.
