It advertised as a 3.5 star but is actually a 1star and the television didn’t work and they said it hasn’t for the past two days

All staff very accommodating and very friendly. My room small but constructed to make maximum use of space. Middle of nightlife area but room rather quiet.

when I stayed they have just renovated so everything is perfect, room is very nice and clean and comfortable, staff are so friendly. Location is right in the center of the Old Quarter.

A bit on a high floor but good for exercise.

Very nice host, she helped me plan my first week in Vietnam with beautiful tours and trips. Location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the centre of Old Quarter which is the place to be.

The best location if you want to go out in beer street, as it is right next to it, but not too close so you can hear the music in your room at night. The staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need, whether it's booking a taxi, travel tours, or even giving exotic food recommendations :)

Location is excellent, right beside beer St if that's what you want. Earplugs are required, but that is often the case.

Very tired old building. Needs some love. The bathroom wasn't overly clean either.Lots of steep stairs so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues...

the property is hidden down an alley, but it’s in a great location for the old quarter and beer street.

the room was very small, but that was manageable for a two night stay. the bathroom was questionably clean, and wearing shoes around the room and bathroom seemed necessary.

the owner was amazing she helped us with getting the best price to book everything we wanted to do from excursions and transport to our next places, 100% recommend so helpful and friendly!

Big clean room

No atmosphere. No daylight, because the window and balcony are 50 cm next to the wall of the neighborhouse

It is great stay in this hotel. staff is perfect, Mrs. Nancy there are willing to give you the answer for any questions you want. I book Halong bay one day with her, it can be said cheapest in my group and it is fantastic. The room is good with the price I paid, enough for my trip, most important is clean and safe and have almost what you want for your trip, a bit noisy at night as it is in the center of the Old Quarter but it will fine for sleeping time. It is so funny there specially for young people.

A bit noisy until 11:00 PM. After that it is fine.

awful room- cheap. You get what you pay for. Brown wallpaper stuck down with celotape, tiny room, no window, no air con, no fan, cockroach for company.

Staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. Location was great and for a reasonable price. Showers & Wi-Fi work well too, I would strongly recommend

Nice hotel in the heart of the city center.Lee was very helpful and cooperative.My boyfriend and I loved to stay at Hanoi discovery.

Had to wait more than 1 hour for my room after the stated check-in time, loud construction work all day with guys screaming through the staircase, lots of little ants, leaky sink, bathroom intensely smelled like cigarette smoke
