Kawasaki Noi Bai Airport Hotel

Very helpful staff! Clean! Awesome location minutes from the airport. Hotel provides you free taxi to the hotel! Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet! Great place! Great price!

Liked the close location to the airport, 6 minutes away.

Booked this hotel last minute for a flight out of the airport in the morning as it offered (according to the description on Booking) an airport shuttle and breakfast included, which would make the stay convenient. Found out there is no shuttle to the airport, only for picking up passengers from the airport. Breakfast is served 6:30-8:30am only, and was a sparse set up, so I would have preferred to stay at a homestay nearby, with better facilities and and a more welcoming stay. The room was not extremely clean, as there is dust collected from keeping windows open. The bed is not very comfortable, as it is super soft. Note the hotel only accepts cash (does not take cards for an extra charge), so we had to make an extra trip to the airport ATM. They should have a sign for this, as other places I've stayed at in Vietnam at least took card for an extra fee. Overall, I think there are other places to stay near the airport with better facilities and a more welcoming stay.

To my surprise the hotel collected us from the airport for free. One night stopover to catch a flight back to the UK.

I appreciated that the location was convenient for airport transfers. The inclusion of a taxi in the trip was a thoughtful touch. The host was also helpful in addressing my inquiries about the heater and Wi-Fi.

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the floors were badly damaged. The host could have offered assistance with my luggage and taken the time to introduce the room, ensuring that all facilities were in working order. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with hair and debris scattered on the floor, and the few complimentary items provided were left soaking wet. Breakfast was a major letdown—even the fruits and juice were subpar. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For nearly 800,000 per night, the experience and amenities were a complete disappointment.On top of that, while there were a few items in the mini fridge, none were complimentary. For nearly $31 per night, it’s unreasonable to charge extra for those.

Actually not too bad and not comfortable the breakfast was very basic with nice views the tables was dirty no any one at the service room size not bad the bed was piece of wood it was one night not gonna happen again.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Accommodated us with a room last minute. Supported us with getting a taxi sorted for our flight in the morning. Close to the airport. Breakfast included in the price but we left before it had started.

We stayed overnight as we were being transit at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi. We were looking for a place place that we can get a good night sleep. we got more than what we ere looking for. The bed was firm which is what we like. The hotel is located in a smaller street away from traffic and the noise from street food vendors. There was hot water for us to take showers. The pick up from the airport was free. The driver was waiting for us with a sign. We found him easily. We arrived late at the airport around 11:45 pm. The vehicle was a full size SUV. The driver was a friendly and helpful. We order the free breakfast and they brought to our room which was very nice. Beef pho was very good.The hotel decoration was very nice .They looked fancy for the location. the room looked very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was appropriate.

The room was small for the two of us with two large luggages.
