The hotel atmosphere was great, but the service was even better. Hotel employees were especially helpful.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The room was modernly designed and spacious. The amenities looked very well-maintained. The location was close to the central but still easy for booking taxis (as opposed to the streets in the Old Quarter). Last but not least, the staff really impressed us with their attentiveness.

The balcony in our room was actually on the side of the room, where the air conditioner outdoor unit was placed, which made it a little letdown for us.

The hotel was really great. Beautiful, modern, clean - I have nothing to complain about. The staff was absolutely perfect, they were always nice, smiling and most importantly helpful when I needed to solve anything. The hotel kitchen was flawless for me - both breakfast and room service. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

My stay at this hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with great internet access and excellent facilities. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Bruce, who went above and beyond to help me. He took so much time to explain what to see in the city and even arranged a safe and affordable ride back to the airport. Honestly, the help and kindness from the staff was not something you see every day! While the hotel is a bit further from the main Old Quarter, the location is actually great if you’re planning to do some shopping, as many shops are just south of the hotel. It’s a peaceful spot with easy access to everything.There’s also a lovely bakery right next door where you can grab breakfast if it’s not included. I would definitely stay here again!

If I had to mention anything, it would only be that it’s slightly outside the Old Quarter, but honestly, that ended up being a plus for me. Everything else was even better than expected!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The photos do not do this hotel justice, because the hotel is really really nicely done and the rooms are lovely and very modern and spacious. The front staff are super friendly and helpful. This feels like a 5 star hotel. Great location and facilities.

Great location, amazing hospitality and good amenities in the room. The service was excellent, you get everything you need including do-it-yourself laundry room. The food options are not great but it was good enough for our 4 night stays.

Great central location with rather small but nice rooms. Friendly staff and great extras like gym and self-service laundry room complemented our stay. We couldn’t use the pool, but it is also a nice to have.

Our stay was absolutely magnificent, the hotel is situated in a quiet part of Hanoi. If you need a break from all the hustle and bustle this is a great place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the room was immaculate. The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful especially Andrew, Hazel and Mike. I left some belongings there and they contacted me to get those back to me. If you're looking for somewhere to switch off your brain and just enjoy then definitely come here! The sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were great and we had the place to ourselves. Marvelous.

Location was good & rooms were modern.

We booked here for the pool/facilities but they weren't well maintained. The main pool was half empty & the jacuzzis were the same but the water was green/yellow from lack of cleaning. Would book elsewhere if looking for a spa.

In addition to meeting all my expectations like cleaniness, modern and .... having a free self-service laundry was great for me. The most unique part of my experience was the amazing staff, cooperative, polite, and sincere. I felt myself home, and I would like to thank them here by their names : Dwayne, Anthony, Alex, Kin, Hazel, I really appreciate your efforts, and this community is lucky to have you. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone without any doubt. Just if they can improve their breakfast, then it's the perfect place to stay.

I have what I need in the room, particularly iron and ironing board. What is missing is a digital safe in the room. There is also a bathtub. The toilet is automatic. The coffee is nice. I just wish the hotel would also provide creamer.The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to mention a front desk staff - Alice, who shows initiative to help us find places where we wanted to go.I also like the precheck in prechrckout email. I would certainly choose this hotel for my regular visit to Hanoi in the future.

I thought it was excellent with lots of variety but it was hard to find the cutlery

a few areas for improvement:- the shower floods and leaks over the side a bit which could cause issues- it’s hard to find the cutlery at breakfast- the windows are not sound proof so can hear noise outside which wasn’t an issue for me but may be for other guests.
