The location of the hotel is good.

The rooms are small, but ok.

Someone went into my room and stole money from me I lost about 60 million Vietnam dong

People stole money when I stay there is very bad experience please help me report to police

Cleanliness was an issue to almost dirty. Dated and they definitely need to renovate. No windows in the rooms which was not disclosed on booking.com. I would’ve preferred if rooms were clear with what you were getting.

Location is very central.

Mold in bathrooms, worn out furniture, holes in bath towels.Incredibly noisy street, even at night. Poor sound proofing in the rooms.Nicer and cleaner hotels 1 block outside old quarter are cheaper

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was huge and very spacious. Location was right in the centre of old quarter.

There was a constant smell of food in the room, not sure if it was close to a kitchen. When the ac was on, it would ease.

Location I was traveling from Cat Ba to Sapa and needed meat by foot pick up?

We had a family room with balcony and it was perfect, we loved sitting out on the balcony first thing in the morning and at the end of the day. The room was big and comfortable for our family of 4. It was a great location and the staff was super friendly and nice.

Sadly the roof top restaurant area was closed, under renovation they said. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could adjust morning plans And although there was a book in the room that held all the information for the hotel, none of it was accurate, for example we could not use our safe, the information book said the instruction would be on the safe and they were not. We did call down twice which each time someone was suppose to come up and help but no one ever did. However none of these things would prevent us from staying there again. It was a beautiful property and amazing staff

Noisy because it locates in the middle of downtown but after 11pm, it turned less noise, so, it was OK.Room is not very clean, dusty.

Great location in the middle of the old town. The room was the best we had on our trip although we did get a free upgrade. Great shower, hot water and a balcony

The staff is really really nice and helpful! They upgraded me upon arrival, even though I had just booked hours before because another hotel gad scammed me. They were very friendly, always helpful and gave good recommendations.The hotel itself is nice, the room is worth the price for Hanoi price level. Location is directly in the old quarter, so you are within walking distance e.g. to the water puppet theater.

The bathroom has gotten a bit old and could be kn better shape and the room is out to the street, so I slept with ear plugs.

We had the room 602 next to the elevator, it was noisy

Believe that there will be better hotel options

1. The soundproofing is terrible. When faced with neighbors shouting in the middle of the night or the never-ending sound of motorcycle horns, it becomes pure torture.2. Although the name includes "SPA," when asking about related services, the staff outright refused by saying their SPA prices are very high.3. Tried asking the staff for assistance. The only help offered was, "If you don't like it, you can get a refund, but please find another place to stay."4. We ended up switching to three different rooms, and in each one, the bathroom door required you to slam your entire body against it just to get it to close. One of the rooms even had a damp, sewer-like smell.5. The ratings on Booking are fabricated. If you give a perfect score, they'll offer you a trivial and unremarkable discount.

Such a lovely place and the staff are wonderful!

Not their fault, but all the services were closed for new years. No spa, no laundry services, no breakfast or food at all.

The room was comfortable but a bit cold.

Easy check in, staff were friendly and very eager to please. We only stayed for one night and did not take the breakfast option. But the facilities in the room were great and very comfortable.
