Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel

It was a perfect spot to explore the city. The staff was very helpful specially twee, she was really nice and helpful!

This is in a great location in the Old Quarter near the cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was fine, but it would be nice to have more options for vegans. I stayed here because I was doing the midnight marathon, and they were helpful in letting us know that we could leave in the middle of the night and easily get back in.

The rooms on the back side do not have much of a view.

Great location beside the cathedral and easy to walk everywhere. Loved the view from our top floor balcony. Twee and all reception staff were super helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent...near the cathedral and many interesting spots..but the room was very quiet.The staff were kind and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the cathedral in the thick of it all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location is great, right by St Joseph’s and close walking distance to lake. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Good value for money.

It’s a little old and dated and in need of a revamp. Room and bed was clean but walls need painting and bathrooms looking tired. Noise from the 7th floor above me was constant on my last night here so got no sleep.

The services were exceptional. The staff was very humble and helpful especially Miss Twee and the young boy named Pho.

For the first time in my life, I see a receptionist scolding the customer with a frown and depressed face because we came back at night after twelve o'clock, although it was the weekend

After trying to find and stay in 4-5 hotels in the old quarter. This hotel is the best of everything. The reception welcome us with a big smile, breakfast is quite small but OK with us. The room is cozy with a nice view. We will come back this hotel for sure.

The hotel is perfect, best location in Hanoi, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, tourist areas. The staff extremely friendly, helpful. The bed is comfy and nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We stay here short time - only one night but it is lovely time – we enjoy breakfast in the hotel, delicious food with a funny chef. He always gives me smile. We had perfect time in Hanoi especially in Hanoi Capial Hotel, the room is so nice and the bed is comfortable. There are a lot of coffee shops, stores near by.

The best location in the old district of Hanoi. Very close to everything by walking. The staff are very accomodating and approachable especially Thuy Nguyen and Tuqn Aul. Room is daily maintained on time.

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony looked out onto the street which was busy with people walking up and down. Lots of cafes near by and also restaurants, great location. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I was maybe sceptic with staying in the old quarter. But this hotel made me change my mind, despite only having a 1 night stay. If you take the price into account, the room was very adequate and quiet, and the location is perfect. But the service and the support were of the highest level to our group of 6, for arranging a dinner on a late request and a breakfast before the scheduled time, as we had to leave early. And the breakfast was a good one. It is definitely a place to stay at! Almost next to the cathedral and a walking distance to all the areas you want to explore.

We stayed for two days and had a great experience. The location is excellent—very close to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was also good, with a generous selection of fresh fruits. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Thuy Nguyen. She was kind, responsive, and assisted us in arranging transportation and tours, which saved us a lot of time.
